A Nice Workable Printer

Unfortunately I am not a fan of requiring of the app (HP Smart) to set it up. I prefer the ability to do the setup at the printer. Also for some reason the app would not download to the main computer that was going to use the printer. This resulted in having to download on a smart phone and the bypassing the wireless connection with a cable in order to perform scans. The error when trying download the app said there was no internet connection. So that was less than useless as to get to the app store required an internet connection. Spent too much time to get it to download and finally gave up on that computer.

Not too good

Best Buy does not work on these either so that makes matters even worse. WIll not be buying another

Was Defective

TJ with Best Buy Geek Squad found it was defective and recommended a upgrade to a different printer. Took this one back to Best Buy for a full refund.

I think they need more button options. It was difficult to figure it out when I first bought it. Everything is done through online or the app to scan and things like that. Must be good with technology.

I’ve had problems with wireless connectivity on other printers but have not had a problem with this one. I am very happy with my purchase.

Happy most of the time with my HP ENVY PRO 6455

This printer does not easily show what is wrong with it at the time and how to correct it without having to look it up.

Simple and Meets our Needs!

Love the option of having the ink delivered to me ,it senses when the copier is low on ink! Copies come out great.
