Prints great. Slightly difficult to connect wirelessly

This Hp printer is easy to set and the 2 sides printing and scanning are great options. Like the compact look of the printer too. Get it if you need one.

I am very happy with this printer. The setup went very smoothly and I was easily able to link it wirelessly to my modem, my computer and my cell phone. The print quality is excellent, the features are very nice and it's ease to use. I am a very satisfied user.

So far scanning and printing have been a breeze. The only issue I've been having with this printer and the HP Smart app is mobile faxing. Mobile faxing was 80% of the reason I purchased this. I have tried troubleshooting and contacting customer service, but haven't had any luck. Hard to say if it's an issue with the app or printer. The printer is otherwise incredibly user-friendly.

It’s a little odd to get set up but once it’s set up this printer is actually really great for the price. HP ink subscription makes it even better. No need to worry about costly trips to the office store for ink and paper anymore. Makes it less to worry about which I love.

I searched for a printer/copier/scanner/fax machine and compare features and prices for a few weeks before deciding on this one. I originally did not want an HP but could not get psst the featured on this one and the great price. The main featured i wanted was two sided printing without having to refeed. This offered that and work flawlessly. The app works well with any phone. I print things from my ipad while sitting on the other side of the house. It is super simple and easy to use. Definitely worth the purchase

Its easy to use. Is kute. I like is white. It has a good size is not too big or too small.

I love my printer. It’s easy to setup and I can do everything from my phone/laptop/iPad. the ink definitely last compared to our other printer which is brother and it eats through the ink, unlike this one. Printing quality is great too. Definitely worth the buy.

I purchased this printer 3 weeks ago. So far, it is working fine. Printing from a smart phone is performed once you figure everything out. Definitely download the online printer user guide that contains a lot more information about connecting to and using the printer. The instructions that came with the printer were minimal and not adequate. I was not able to download the Smart HP program on my PC and you cant use the printer from the PC unless you have it. After 4 hours of trying everything over and over, I finally called HP. After a wait, I finally got an HP Tech who tried and eventually had to take control of my PC and dowload another program. It took him an hour. There are no real buttons on the printer so a smart phone or PC is needed initiate a scan or control the printer - a real pain. Also, because the paper is in an enclosed tray, you cant tell if the paper supply is low. They should have a slot in the side so you can see how much is left. They dont supply the special USB cable to connect directly to your PC. They have already sent me an ink cartridge to use when the starter ink runs out. I dont know how this ink program will work out in the long run.

Bought as a birthday present for a senior citizen that needed an easy-to-use printer and scanner with connections to multiple computers. The Wi-Fi capability was most helpful in setting up the printing needs.

fairly simple to set up. prints very clearly so far. had horrible luck with my 2 preveous epson ink tank printers.

I had my printer for about 9 months now and I love it!!! very easy setup and I love using my app to print and scan documents. It also connects to my MacBook with no problem. The quality of printing is amazing as well. Thanks HP!!!
