Overall, this printer is pretty good (for being a printer). We still get some errors. Since there's no screen on the unit, it can be tricky to find out what's wrong with it. The mobile app is better than any other brand of printer I have used but the desktop software isn't great.

Terrible Printer. Broke less than a year after purchase. Prints lines down the center of the paper. Cheap. I have to look up YouTube videos to fix it. I have to order a part from Amazon to fix a broken piece. Not worth it. I have spent more time fixing it than I have been able to use it.

I love this printer/scanner. It is ideal for at-home printing and organizing the docs. It’s easy to setup too. Ohh, and I enjoy the ink delivery program as well.

If I could give this product negative stars, I would. It is the biggest piece of techno garbage I've ever purchased, by a long shot. Set up was a nightmare, and is is spectacularly unreliable. We've had it about a year, and it spontaneously stops working at least once a week. HP "help" is useless.

Excellent printer for my work needs. Simple and easy to set up. Great service by the staff at Best Buy.

I prefer an option to be able to copy 25 copies at a time without having to hit the button 25 times. Also I prefer real buttons over the lit up buttons on the printer. Also doesn't hold very much paper; about 35 sheets at a time. The plus is the ink cartridges are reasonably priced.

This was a terrible choice, we had to go and exchange it.

I love this printer. It was so easy that at an advance aged had no problem setting it up and to get the print from phone app added was a breeze.

Printer is sleek, quiet and efficient. I had a bit of difficulty installing the printer but that was primarily due to my aversion to technology and my age (79).

Great size for small home office. Last HP printer was 10 years old and couldn’t be updated anymore, so have higher hopes for this one. Set up was pretty smooth.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PRINTER!! It’s the best printer I have ever had.... prints pictures beautifully as well as normal printing. Wish I had this years ago!!

I like the double side print printer was not to hard to set up but it had to be set up twice as the first time the printer kept dropping the network after reset it and went back through the set up so far it has been working no issues

This printer will not disappoint. This is the second one we’ve purchased. One for our home and one for our daughter. Great print quality.

printer worked by itself but no connection to computer

I love this printer but having a little trouble getting it on line. That is my lack of knowledge of technology. The printer is exactly what I was looking for.

This multi functional printer allows me to do all personal printing as well as my personal business needs too. The set up was easy and I got it on sale for a great price

Disappointed! I never got to use this item before the limited 14 day return/exchange policy. Printer never successfully printed due to paper jamming constantly on side. Guessing the rollers are faulty considering one side pulls through and the other doesn’t. Tried to take back to Best Buy but they couldn’t do anything because of a ridiculously short exchange/return policy. Sent me on my way to contact the manufacturer.

I had to return my first wireless because it was only to go on network 2.4 ghz only and this wireless printer goes on both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz network. I’m not playing Microsoft game to not provide Updates to my Window 7 so they can stay up with cutting edge technology and I’m not buying a computer every few years so they can get more revenues from their softwares. I feel sorry for the Landfills around the world. This printer doesn’t need computer and works better than anything I ever had, Thank you HP I can do everything now on my iPad

Wonderful printer! I recommend it to anyone looking for a great product at an affordable price.
