Very nice copier at a reasonable price. Setup was easy and done quickly. Copy quality is excellent. I am very pleased with this purchase, Would recommend to all.

Great printer! Easy set up. Right out of the box... plugged in, downloaded the app, it connected immediately and was printing in about 10 minutes

this printer never worked, from setup problems to copy function. Had to wait for getting an appointment for set up by Geek Squad member, who finally said it was defective. Now, the 30 days return time on the Printer has expired. (Loss of my time and money )

doesn't duplex copy, very slow, sounds like old dot-matrix going across to print, uses too much black ink no way to adjust anything

Overall, this printer is pretty good (for being a printer). We still get some errors. Since there's no screen on the unit, it can be tricky to find out what's wrong with it. The mobile app is better than any other brand of printer I have used but the desktop software isn't great.

I prefer an option to be able to copy 25 copies at a time without having to hit the button 25 times. Also I prefer real buttons over the lit up buttons on the printer. Also doesn't hold very much paper; about 35 sheets at a time. The plus is the ink cartridges are reasonably priced.

I love this printer/scanner. It is ideal for at-home printing and organizing the docs. It’s easy to setup too. Ohh, and I enjoy the ink delivery program as well.

Thankfully it was relaitively cheap because it very unreliable and cheaply made. Very limited as a multi-function device, but what did I expect at this price point.

Printer is sleek, quiet and efficient. I had a bit of difficulty installing the printer but that was primarily due to my aversion to technology and my age (79).

I love this printer. It was so easy that at an advance aged had no problem setting it up and to get the print from phone app added was a breeze.

Great size for small home office. Last HP printer was 10 years old and couldn’t be updated anymore, so have higher hopes for this one. Set up was pretty smooth.

I absolutely LOVE THIS PRINTER!! It’s the best printer I have ever had.... prints pictures beautifully as well as normal printing. Wish I had this years ago!!

I like the double side print printer was not to hard to set up but it had to be set up twice as the first time the printer kept dropping the network after reset it and went back through the set up so far it has been working no issues

I love this printer but having a little trouble getting it on line. That is my lack of knowledge of technology. The printer is exactly what I was looking for.

I had to return my first wireless because it was only to go on network 2.4 ghz only and this wireless printer goes on both 2.4 and 5.0 ghz network. I’m not playing Microsoft game to not provide Updates to my Window 7 so they can stay up with cutting edge technology and I’m not buying a computer every few years so they can get more revenues from their softwares. I feel sorry for the Landfills around the world. This printer doesn’t need computer and works better than anything I ever had, Thank you HP I can do everything now on my iPad

Very content with my recent purchase. Set-up took about 15 minutes with the easy to use HP app. 5/5 recommend. Ink included, however printing paper is not =P
