love the set up.... connected 1st time! had 2 HP s before i keep getting them because of the HP INK program....by far the BEST deal out there

This printer works as well as any I’ve ever had or used. It was especially easy to connect to all devices and the Wi-Fi.

If I could give this product negative stars, I would. It is the biggest piece of techno garbage I've ever purchased, by a long shot. Set up was a nightmare, and is is spectacularly unreliable. We've had it about a year, and it spontaneously stops working at least once a week. HP "help" is useless.

Terrible Printer. Broke less than a year after purchase. Prints lines down the center of the paper. Cheap. I have to look up YouTube videos to fix it. I have to order a part from Amazon to fix a broken piece. Not worth it. I have spent more time fixing it than I have been able to use it.

This is the BEST all in one printer I have ever bought, if anyone is looking to purchase a all in one printer this is definitely is the one

By purchasing this product it saved me from having to go to family and friends to connect to their printers to print the paperwork I needed.

So far so good! High quality printer that was easy to set up. Wish the starter ink cartridges would print more pages but not a deal breaker!

I love this little printer. My wifi is not that good so I got the cable to hook it to my Pixelbook and it works great.

Disappointed! I never got to use this item before the limited 14 day return/exchange policy. Printer never successfully printed due to paper jamming constantly on side. Guessing the rollers are faulty considering one side pulls through and the other doesn’t. Tried to take back to Best Buy but they couldn’t do anything because of a ridiculously short exchange/return policy. Sent me on my way to contact the manufacturer.

Simple design but very nice printer. Had difficulty getting it to link to my laptop, but it works fine using the HP Smart app on my phone.

I replaced an 11-year-old printer with this HP. Very pleased with its overall performance.

It’s a good quality product. Wireless and easy to manage. With the app you maneuver the printer even from far, easy for kids to use for school work.

Works best if you have a strong network signal. Prints well though once it starts working.

Install was super simple and easy. Scans in documents a little slow but easy to use. Wish it held more paper but no big deal for my use.

It took a bit to get used to it you had to download an app that you have to go through to use it but after that everything seemed pretty easy

Great when working. Its wireless feature keeps getting kicked off by something. Even the techs can't figure out why it keeps kicking off. Not a fan of the soft 'light up Control panel'. Too complicated.

I am no tech person but this was a really easy out of the box set up. I was nervous after reading some reviews but it was a breeze. Nice printer!!

When there is a "wall" of solid color, they don't print out well and can be streaky, and also pictures aren't crystal clear, but then I didn't expect they would be. The end product for everyday functions is just fine and it's a nice looking piece of equipment.

I like that it's compact fits perfectly. Love that I got some ink with it. Works Great.

Works great. The power cord is very short which limits where it it is put and the initial printer cartridges included don't last long at all. Guess it shouldn't be a surprise. No issues. Works great otherwise.
