Relies on software to print and the software is bad - it always shows the printer offline. Tons of errors and they're impossible to search for to find help because they're all generic with no error codes. There are bright lights on it that stay on all the time unless you turn the printer off physically, which isn't easy because the button is on the back of it. This "smart" printer is stupid as it gets. This printer is trash. Don't buy it.
