I attempted to return it with the ink when I had a day off work. I had no idea I only had 14 days to return because normal return everywhere else is 30 days. Very disappointing I couldn’t return be cause I am unable to connect this printer. There is not anything wrong with the printer, I just am unable to connect to the internet.

There was no cord to attach to the computer. So the wireless worked fine until I changed my wireless password and being mostly clueless regarding tech I couldn't get it to connect. So I bought a printer cable because there is a USB port on back of printer but can't get it to work and now the return window is passed.

Good printer but terrible support software

It's constantly dropping the wifi connection. It also prints slow, and the scan function is clunky and archaic. It's only 2 months old and I'm already looking at replacing it and just giving this one to a family member or putting it in the closet to have as an emergency backup printer.
