I had problems setting it up. Ink cartridges would not show that they were installed. Then they whole thing went crazy and lights going off. It wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it. I was really disappointed because it had all the features I wanted for the price.

It's constantly dropping the wifi connection. It also prints slow, and the scan function is clunky and archaic. It's only 2 months old and I'm already looking at replacing it and just giving this one to a family member or putting it in the closet to have as an emergency backup printer.
