Plenty of defects about connecting the wifi, and now it doesn’t work anymore. I used to like HP with there products but this one was a big fail. If it was dry ink issues, I would understand because I really doesn’t have a big usage, but wifi connection when I used it 4-5 times… it’s not good.

I also love how I can fax or scan multiple pages at once. However, not having a screen is VERY annoying. Having to use the computer or phone for all the tasks is extremely frustrating. I’m 26 and use my phone/computer for everything but this is unnecessarily troublesome. Especially when I have to reconnect to my wifi (which is all the time) I wish I went with another printer. It looks very nice though.

I wish I had waiting a month or more for a better quality printer to be in stock. The problem is connecting it to on-line access. I spent several hours over 2 days with HP techs who tried to solve the problem and couldn't. Even my personal contracted support person couldn't do it - remotely and said the advice that HP gave me regarding Java didn't make sense. Not being on line prohibits me from participating in the HP ink program. Guess I'll just continue to buy at store. The whole process was frustrating.
