So far scanning and printing have been a breeze. The only issue I've been having with this printer and the HP Smart app is mobile faxing. Mobile faxing was 80% of the reason I purchased this. I have tried troubleshooting and contacting customer service, but haven't had any luck. Hard to say if it's an issue with the app or printer. The printer is otherwise incredibly user-friendly.

as an HP printer user for a decades, i like it! the price was right But the four stars: i didn't notice it is a 'PLUS' product. that means that it's hooked into the cloud. that's fine but does take a phone tech to get set up. took some time.. :-( but the rep was really great. it comes with 6 months of instant ink!

Its easy to use. Is kute. I like is white. It has a good size is not too big or too small.

I love my printer. It’s easy to setup and I can do everything from my phone/laptop/iPad. the ink definitely last compared to our other printer which is brother and it eats through the ink, unlike this one. Printing quality is great too. Definitely worth the buy.

Superior color and black/white print quality, fast printing and quiet.

I purchased this printer 3 weeks ago. So far, it is working fine. Printing from a smart phone is performed once you figure everything out. Definitely download the online printer user guide that contains a lot more information about connecting to and using the printer. The instructions that came with the printer were minimal and not adequate. I was not able to download the Smart HP program on my PC and you cant use the printer from the PC unless you have it. After 4 hours of trying everything over and over, I finally called HP. After a wait, I finally got an HP Tech who tried and eventually had to take control of my PC and dowload another program. It took him an hour. There are no real buttons on the printer so a smart phone or PC is needed initiate a scan or control the printer - a real pain. Also, because the paper is in an enclosed tray, you cant tell if the paper supply is low. They should have a slot in the side so you can see how much is left. They dont supply the special USB cable to connect directly to your PC. They have already sent me an ink cartridge to use when the starter ink runs out. I dont know how this ink program will work out in the long run.

I had my printer for about 9 months now and I love it!!! very easy setup and I love using my app to print and scan documents. It also connects to my MacBook with no problem. The quality of printing is amazing as well. Thanks HP!!!

This printer replaced a previous HP printer with similar features. Works great just like the last one. Scans well, prints well and copies well. The only minor downside is that some of the user interface buttons on the printer do not have labels at all. I understand that this printer is sold in many markets where the locals are reading different languages but some of the icons leave you guessing a little bit as to what the function selected is. Other than that, a good quality printer for business and every day personal use.

Compact, easy to use after ink inserted, and great price (on sale when I purchased) but sometimes difficult to try and transfer from WIFI print to actual copy, even when paper inserted in copier. And also sometimes a challenge to close use, at which time I just easily unplug copier!!

This printer is an upgrade from my Hp 4650. It's much faster and quiter. The printing is clear and crisp. The only thing I don't like is the blue light that stays on. Yes the blue is pretty but the printer is in my office/bedroom. All in all it's a nice printer.

It's cheap for those who don't have a low budget. works well and all three functions works with no problem.

Love this printer and the ink is reasonable for it

Set up is fairly easy and appears to be working ok at tis time. Paper try does not hold much paper, thus requires frequent reloading. Print quality is good both in black and in color.

Best printer for the money for home use. Easy to install. I did have a problem the first time I installed it. I had to disable the antivirus program the second time and it went without a hitch. It works great and the quality of the print is awesome.

This printer was easy to set up and prints quickly.

I have always purchased HP Printers & have never had an issue. This was is simple small & effective & does exactly what I need it to do. No bells & whistles. Great buy.
