I’m sorry that you’ve not been able to learn how to operate your printer’s scan function. I can wholly understand why inadequate instructional materials would create a frustrating start to ownership. I want to help you out of this dilemma, so I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will reach that end.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide to scanning with HP printers you’ll find on our support site. It includes instructions for various desktop and mobile operating systems as well as an FAQ section. Find that here:

Plenty of defects about connecting the wifi, and now it doesn’t work anymore. I used to like HP with there products but this one was a big fail. If it was dry ink issues, I would understand because I really doesn’t have a big usage, but wifi connection when I used it 4-5 times… it’s not good.
