    This prinrer is the worst wireless printer that I have ever purchased. I had to send it back to the company and the new printer they sent me is doing the same thing. It won't stay connected to the internet so it goes ibto error mode. I wish that i had never purchased it. I'm wasting lots of ink & paper talking to hp support to fix the problem.

    Printer works fine now but you have to go through all the steps of downloading all the software. This will take time but it must be done.

    The Printer Works Great but when it comes to buy the Black Ink for it. It Sucks. No one has it in Stock. Not Even HP itself. Reduculous.

    We needed a printer badly so we stopped into Best Buy to check out our options. This was one of only two printers on their shelf. The other unit was a laser jet that went for $400 and was rather large. So we went with the HP-Envy 6455. So far it prints OK when it is connected to my laptop via Bluetooth. Problem is I've had to re-connect to it multiple times in just over a month. Not a huge deal just a bit of a pain in the butt.
