Works well. Sometimes fails to print and you have to resubmit the request. Most of the time that is not an issue. It was easy to set up. Been using HP printers for many years.

Great little printer for light duty printing, copying, and scanning. I love that it has a document feeder to scan documents. The only thing i am trying to get used to is the smart user interface buttons. (I had a touch screen LCD on my last printer which was an ease to use). Overall the printer is small and fits where i need it to fit and the price was great.

Easy to use once you get use to the user screen being on you phone or tablet. A good household printer. It's fast and prints clean documents and pictures. So far it isn't a ink hog like a lot of HP printers are.

Fairly easy set up. I hardwired to my G3 HP but also use wireless to print from my pad. Not crazy about the auto ink refills. I could not find a way to opt out so plan to cancel after 6 month free trial. Color prints are clear and documents print fast for a home printer.

OK for a Printer/Scanner but App Sucks

Printer looks cool and all but anything other than printing, it doesn’t play well with my computer. If I’m trying to scan something into my computer, the HP Smart app states that there is an unknown issue with the printer and attempts to let the app fix it comes up with no issues, then it goes offline. I end up using my phone to scan, which miraculously doesn’t see the same offline status as my PC. The small icon menu isn’t helpful, either. I miss my Epson full display where I knew exactly what I was doing without having to guess what icon that is lit up does what, when they’re practically identical. HP Smart Ink or whatever they call it is a nice way to have HP charge you a monthly fee to use your own printer, too. Use the trial to get a free ink delivery, but cancel before it costs you $5/month. I’ll spare the details but you get charged whether you use it or not, and get charged extra if you go over your monthly allowance of pages printed, and HP gets to monitor your monthly usage. No thanks!

was some what difficult to figure out how to go through the website to get the printer to sink with my desk top computer. And really don't know how I'm going to get my 6 months of free ink when I don't have a cell phone for the app. But the printer does print very well, a little noisey but other then that it prints good.

The quality is good but always having problem with the app, the printer, connectivity. It prints one thing then a few hours later i try to print something else and it seems like its frozen. I like my old HP with a screen. Easier to know whats going on.

Print quality is not great, especially for photos on photo paper. The HP Envy I bought on Black Friday a few years ago for $15 printed much better, seriously. And this unit won't print half the time when connected over Wi-Fi. It's so frustrating. I finally tried Wi-Fi direct printing, which seems to be only solution for reliable printing. Not happy. Oh, and the $15 printer, also had a screen. This one doesn't. Quit being cheap HP.
