    Initial setup was a bit cumbersome between installing apps and printer set up on my mac. First test print had a line in the blue squares. I think I did about 15 test prints and alignments without any improvement. Other than the blue line, I'm sure the prints would have come out just fine. Maybe it was an old cartridge, I don't know. I wasn't offered any solutions when I returned it.

    If basic printing is what you want then this might be good for you as long as you use the wire, I had connection problem with wireless printing. I did not use a wire to connect it to my computer, and printing was slow to say the least! When you have a house full of people using the same printer, you need it to work!

    I am very satisfied with my HP-Envy Pro 6455 printer. I didn't think I would like the color but it is sleek. It was easy to connect, easy to operate, doesn't take up a lot of space and performs quality work. It is exactly what I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

    The printer would state that there was a drawer open with an error. It stopped printing after a few weeks. The cost for the ink was the only reason for purchasing the printer.

    Only works when connected to the internet. HP blocks you from printer if you decided you no longer want to be in the ink subscription. You are literally blocked from using the device you bought!

    I been with HP for 4 years and they never let me down.... i loveeeeeeee this printer it came quick, it’s easy set up, the double side is a PLUS being in this pandemic having to home school... ink is pretty expensive though that’s the only not ok thing but hey gotta pay more for good quality

    This looks like a returned product because it has a broken piece where ink goes obviously poorly stewed in crooked so the orienter does nothing. Sad thing I bought another from Beat Buy and it is not working

    This product quit working four months after purchase. Error message said ink problem. Replaced ink. Printer did not register and dish’s showed no ink. Live tech support does not honor their posted hours.

    It is working now, but does not work consistently as expected. Needed to be reinstalled twice so far. Can't get the copier to work. Already out of ink. This was supposed to be simple - easy to install and use. I am disappointed.

    The printer does the job without complications, it replaces a Cannon which does not print envelopes consistently.

    After about a year of use this printer decided it will no longer remain on standby or connected to wifi. Every single day it needs to be unplugged and reset. About to take a look around and see who still makes quality printers.

    Printer works well. After about 100 to 200 black and white prints the black ink cartridge needs replaced.
