Honestly I love the look of it and setting it up should have been easy. It started with the paper jam notifications (there wasn't a paper jam). Then the printer would lose connectivity super easily. To reconnect it was absolutely annoying and a problem. I finally got it to work and it's the same problem. Connectivity issues, but to reset it or fix it it's so confusing and complicated. Printer connects with one device but not another. I am so thankful I have protection on this device because I am going to have to use it.

While I did use geek squad to set up, it works smoothly with my newly purchased Dell notebook that I bought in store and I also used geek squad with. I had to finally resort to Geek Squad. They could not even do it as even when they got it connected to WiFi, after multiple attempts, the HP app was stating I wasn't using correct ink cartridges, but my HP account status shows that I am using HP ink that HP sent to me! Since the printer had to be reset, it is most likely expecting the set-up ink... but why would I have kept the ink that came with the printer? All I did was change out my router.... I will be tossing this printer and getting another one, and not HP. The HP chat help session was worthless..

Had a little trouble with it recognizing the computer. Reinstalled it again and found the right was for it to find the computer. One more thing it does not shut off you have to do it manually

The ink runs dry

I literally have to replace the ink every time I need to print. I learned that if I do not switch the power off the ink will dry out. So I got into the habit of doing so. Only to find out, it would power back on, on its own. Although I have only used HP printers in the last 20 years, I am no longer a fan. I should not have to run to another facility to print when I own a printer because I cannot find ink due to lack of supply. I also miss the screen of what it is doing.

It easily prints on index cards, envelopes as well as regular paper. I especially like the wireless feature. Fewer wires.
