It only worked for 7 months. Then it just stopped working. I print a lot of things and you can imagine my surprise when I went to print my documents and the only warranty was to send it back to the manufacturer.

I’m not completely tech savvy but I also would not say I’m tech ignorant either. Not worth the effort in the end. End user accessibility needs work.

Very pleased with the choices of what the copiers does. Would recommend for a home or small office purchase.

The only problem is that it goes to sleep, and when you try to copy or print it won't work. You need to unplug printer and plug it in again to have it wake up.

Not at all suited for an office . Also it is a outright lie to say 6 months of instant ink-it didn't even last a month printing less than 30 sheets

I didn't want one at quite this price but it's relatively quick, simple setup/use and the ink is slightly cheaper than competitors. Wireless setup was fast, no complaints so far.

Owner’s instructions are very poorly written-had to go online to seek answers to this issue. Who needs a blue nightlight?
