    The app is buggy and crashes repeatedly. Does not need to be compatible with Apple products, or software not properly tested before HP released it. Avoid this printer if you are using a Mac.

    It works really good and I love that I can hook it up to my phone. For some reason though my printer keeps getting in sleep mode and it takes me a long time trying to get it out of sleep mode so I can print. But over all I like it

    I love this printer does everything you need to do. Can order ink without being told connect through app on phone or laptop. Ink is not super expensive.

    I do not recommend this printer. It runs out of ink so quickly. It’s a clever tactic—have the printer run through cartridges quickly doubled with the ability for your printer to order new cartridges directly and HP makes a lot of money from it. But it’s very frustrating for the user. I wish I could chuck it and have my old reliable canon printer back. Even with pieces held on with duck tape, it worked better than this piece of junk. The print quality is fine, but expect to spend a fortune on ink.

    This printer keeps blowing my mind lol. I didn’t know there was an app that does just about anything from anywhere, such as printing, scanning, faxing, and more. Great buy!

    Not a bad printer but a lighted panel and maybe a auto form catch arm that extends/pops out when you print an item would be nice so the printed item doesn't fall on the floor. It's a rather plain jane low end printer in my opinion.

    The wi-fi not work! The printer is always off line, We have to desconect the cable all the time because the on/off button still doesnt work. Really bad choice

    Returned to store. Since I don’t print a lot and the ink dries out between my printing and printer ink is very expensive, I did not open the box. Decided to just print at Office Depot instead of wasting money.

    Does not meet my needs. Doesn't work well. print quality is not good. Ink status is not clear. I would prefer a larger paper tray. I would have preferred the ability to shrink and enlarge image.
