A decent printer for a good price. Printer quality is great, however, there are times when it’s difficult to get it to Bluetooth to my computer.

Great little printer for light duty printing, copying, and scanning. I love that it has a document feeder to scan documents. The only thing i am trying to get used to is the smart user interface buttons. (I had a touch screen LCD on my last printer which was an ease to use). Overall the printer is small and fits where i need it to fit and the price was great.

I started off with the ink subscription and realized I don’t use it that often. You can use regular ink too, but it has to fit the printer. Especially great for kids birthday party print offs and Amazon returns.

Easy to set up and operate. Good quality print. So far, it is reliable.

Like the looks of prints but very upset with issues on trying to connect to my computer and phone. Had three phone calls then finally PAID extra to have a tech come to the house. No instruction book to explain how. Still finding it difficult and unable to copy something I've printed. Salesperson should have explained

This new model printer far surpasses any printer I have owned to date. Great improvements from other models and very user friendly. 6 months of instant ink make this a very sweet purchase.

Easy setup. From unboxing to fully wireless printing in about 12-15 minutes. It’s quieter than the HP Envy 4520 it replaced. Has a decent feature to price point. The lighted output tray is neat.

This offer came with the purchase of an HP printer. As I am not a heavy user of my printer, I have received no paper; however, I did receive full ink cartridges to replace the limited ones included with the printer. Love the wireless aspect of this printer as well as the front to back print features.

It prints quickly and decent quality. Looks nice and easy setup. Ink price is much less than my previous HP. cons: you have to open the app to print/scan. My desk-jet had a screen on the printer to do that. Wifi connection is not always good and there is no cable to connect directly to computer. I would not have bought if I realized that.

Overall, I really really like the printer. I’m not happy that I have to pay for subscription in order to print. That’s the only downside and why I gave it a four. But it’s a great printer.

Does a nice job printing. Easy step-by-step setup procedure using the HP Smart app. PROBLEM: Took 2 days and a lot of online research to figure out how to get it to print in color from my MacBook. (iPhone & windows were no problem). I see many other people had this same issue, maybe a design flaw.

This printer is very nice. It’s small but prints just right for my needs. I just wanted a spare printer and this works well. Very good printer for the price and easy to setup and get going.

Was hard to get to connect to our computer and internet server. Getting tech out to house cost more than printer even if it was a new purchase and I have paid total tech support!

The best HP printer I've ever had and I've had a few. I'm generally not a fan of HP, but so far I've been very impressed. It doesn't take up much room, it's sleek and works well.
