    It prints quickly and decent quality. Looks nice and easy setup. Ink price is much less than my previous HP. cons: you have to open the app to print/scan. My desk-jet had a screen on the printer to do that. Wifi connection is not always good and there is no cable to connect directly to computer. I would not have bought if I realized that.

    Seems to work well for plain paper, photos and envelopes. Quiet. Seems to need to be turned off and back on to re-establish computer connection about half the time. Otherwise, a good choice.

    Overall, I really really like the printer. I’m not happy that I have to pay for subscription in order to print. That’s the only downside and why I gave it a four. But it’s a great printer.

    Was hard to get to connect to our computer and internet server. Getting tech out to house cost more than printer even if it was a new purchase and I have paid total tech support!

    I use for printing and scanning mostly. It will also print on both sides of the page. I also do the ink deal , when it gets low the printer knows and they mail me more ink… pretty cool. I go a few months not needing any ink and then when I need it, it’s in the mailbox before I run out. To sign up the papers are in the box when you open it to get the printer out.

    Bought this for my college student for her small room. It fits easily under her desk and takes up very little space. It is surprisingly fast for such a small machine, easy to set up and no problems with it so far. Great for the price.

    Like the looks of prints but very upset with issues on trying to connect to my computer and phone. Had three phone calls then finally PAID extra to have a tech come to the house. No instruction book to explain how. Still finding it difficult and unable to copy something I've printed. Salesperson should have explained
