    It is a nice looking, decent printer for the price. The setup was a bit frustrating but I was able to figure it out. The software that you download from the internet makes it easy to use once it is set up. Make sure you check virus programs that can hinder setup. Also, check wireless settings.

    Printer works great, it is extremly loud. Don't like to use during class hours, which is when I need to use it. Took several hours to set up and might only be working because I purchased a cord to plug into the printer to laptop.

    I was concerned that setup might be a challenge, but despite my technological ineptness it was very easy. Makes nice clean copies, scanner works great and it prints just like a printer should.

    Love it! Beautiful and Effective. I love the blue light for the printing tray, and the free 6 months of ink was a great bonus. Will probably sign up for the Instant Ink for $3.99 a month.

    Only recently purchased the HP Envy for a 76-year-old family member. The machine was relatively easy to set up alongside an All-in-One HP pc and connected (recognized) the residence WiFi without much difficulty.

    Miss having all controls on the printer including a keypad. This Envy is totally internet and computer/phone controlled. I'm not used to that so, a bit of a learning curve. Print quality is excellent. Simpler two cartridge set up. Compact footprint compared to the HP 8610
