Easy installation, value for the price, easy operation.

I needed to get a new printer since Cannon did not provide an updated driver for its printer to work with my Mac Catalina OS. I picked this one as I have had good luck with HP Envy in the past. Set up was really easy and I had everything working great in minutes. Worked fine for copying and scanning for a couple of weeks and then suddenly I couldn't get it to work. Trouble shooting showed the printer was connected to wifi OK, but not recognized in my Mac. I'm not sure what happened, but I reinstalled everything and its now working again. HP Smart app that is included is nice. Lets hope it keeps connected and recognized in my Mac OS

I like this printer very much. Easy to set up and use. The print is really good quality. I’m very happy with my choice.

It’s a great printer once you figure out how to set it up. No actual printed instructions. You have to download the app and figured it out from there. Ink doesn’t last as long as some others. Still, a very affordable and quality printer.

The HP ENVY 6455e is okay for families. It has a very low page yield for both black-only and color prints, which results in a high cost-per-print since you need to replace the cartridges often other than that their printing quality is excellent.

I had an HP printer before I purchased this one. I was sorry that it was too old to use on my computer. I had it for years and was always pleased with the way it worked for me. So I bought another HP Envy Printer and it works just as well as my old one.

The most frustrating printer I have ever used! I have begged and prayed to get this thing to work properly. Setup was really easy and worked well during the initial stage. Then it became like a teenager (got moody) and only worked when it felt like it. I had to reset it a bunch of times, couldn't stay on the internet. Again, cannot return the printer to BestBuy per return policy. The job of a printer is to print. When it fails, then its a bad product. Get a printer with buttons not solely App controlled. The instant ink program is a mess by HP. You will not be able to use any cartridges from any where else. My husband bought cartridges from Staples and OfficeMax before joining the program - None of them worked b/c they want you to join. Totally messed up! Ink worked but again the printer has to tell them when your low on ink to get new ones. Then you have to wait 10 days for it (shipping/mail services). So you have a printer for $189 that you can't use with no ink??? I had to print else where. Buy something else! Not worth the stress or the trouble.

This is my second one, first purchased about 2 months ago and just stopped working. Luckily I purchased insurance on it so I would recommend the same. However when it did work, it worked great.

Great Printer for the price it has a lot of different options. The setup was easy and seamless took me less than 5 minutes. Being able to print from my mobile device and from any device wirelessly is a lifesaver.

Nice printer, easy to set up and print quality is decent. Blue tooth is handy with fewer cables and it was easy to print from our laptop and phone. The icons were a little confusing (no words just pictures) but a quick Google search clearly explained what they meant and how to resolve if there was an issue.

Great quality with regular paper, photo papers and scanning. 4 stars because it kept getting “disconnected” and “stuck” status. No actual paper got stuck and it was connected online the whole time. Since this has no power button, I had to constantly unplug and replug. The set up was pretty difficult and I am tech savvy. I had the product for about 3 weeks before returning and upgraded to a different HP model with a power button. Great quality for the price. The HP printing program is amazing and I highly recommend. Maybe the issues I had were isolated.

It works great but at times the app can get buggy. But it has gotten better. The printer quality is great.

Cons: This printer is constantly updating which is fine however it does it af night while one is sleeping did I mentioned that the printer live in my room and that this printer had lights as indicators yes it foes blue, amber, white , lavendar while its. updating and you dont have a. Cover on you get a light show and you cant turn the lights off. No only do u get a light show while you are sleeping you are also getting a nice noise of the printer checking something like the tray that holds the paper but it does a clicking sound never ever hated a printer more… in addition to the clicking and the light show it prints when it ferls like it not when you ask it too this is a moody printer. Pro. It can print front and back tray holds about 20-25 pages and when it does what you want it to do it does it well and ends with a little tune it sings

I love this new printer. I had my last HP printer for 10-plus years. Easy installation—up and running quickly. One of the best features is being able to print documents directly from my iPhone & iPad, without the torture of powering up the laptop. I also like the HP Instant Ink Program, and HP support is unsurpassed for quick help if needed.
