E-Z-P-Z for installation and end user. HP customer support is available BUT so is TotalTech. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Buy's TotalTech service. For the investment, this service is certainly a great investment.

The setup was easy and seamless took me less than 5 minutes. Being able to print from my mobile device and from any device wirelessly is a lifesaver.

It did take a little longer to set it up- using my phone. I like being able to print out photos from my phone- pictures are good quality.

Cover on you get a light show and you cant turn the lights off. No only do u get a light show while you are sleeping you are also getting a nice noise of the printer checking something like the tray that holds the paper but it does a clicking sound never ever hated a printer more… in addition to the clicking and the light show it prints when it ferls like it not when you ask it too this is a moody printer. Pro. It can print front and back tray holds about 20-25 pages and when it does what you want it to do it does it well and ends with a little tune it sings

This was an easy hook up/install to my IPad. Love it. The only thing wrong was the lack of ink in the original packets and the free offered never came.

Our store visit was pleasant, and the associate answered all of our questions. It was difficult to install, but that was probably due to our lack of understanding, not the product. I prints well and very clearly. It does a lot of things which we haven't begun to explore yet. We don't like the on/off button being on the back. It is in- convenient. Overall, we are happy with the product.

My Best Printer PurchaseYet

The best, easiest to set up, to operate, with added features I wasn’t even looking for or aware of! And ink cartridges are simpler (only two - color and black and white). Ink replacement hassles are gone - I set the printer’s use to be tracked. When it needs ink, replacement is sent. No monthly charge, but is based on printing, and charged accordingly. And less than $200 for the printer. That’s what I wanted!
