Easy to install the printer with step-by-step instructions. I was afraid I would need to get help getting the printer up and running but I was able to complete it on my own.

Its a good printer and the app is decently easy to use. I just would like the printer to not require an app for setup and use.

It's a nice printer for the money. It did take a little longer to set it up- using my phone. I like being able to print out photos from my phone- pictures are good quality.

We purchased the HP-ENVY 6455e Wireless printer several weeks ago. Our store visit was pleasant, and the associate answered all of our questions. It was difficult to install, but that was probably due to our lack of understanding, not the product. I prints well and very clearly. It does a lot of things which we haven't begun to explore yet. We don't like the on/off button being on the back. It is in- convenient. Overall, we are happy with the product.

We've purchased two of these printers in the last year (one from another supplier where there was no BB near). E-Z-P-Z for installation and end user. HP customer support is available BUT so is TotalTech. I would HIGHLY recommend Best Buy's TotalTech service. For the investment, this service is certainly a great investment.

Everything I want or need in a printer. The best, easiest to set up, to operate, with added features I wasn’t even looking for or aware of! And ink cartridges are simpler (only two - color and black and white). Ink replacement hassles are gone - I set the printer’s use to be tracked. When it needs ink, replacement is sent. No monthly charge, but is based on printing, and charged accordingly. And less than $200 for the printer. That’s what I wanted!

It works great but at times the app can get buggy. But it has gotten better. The printer quality is great.

I had an HP printer before I purchased this one. I was sorry that it was too old to use on my computer. I had it for years and was always pleased with the way it worked for me. So I bought another HP Envy Printer and it works just as well as my old one.

This hp printer is great i had a hard time at first teying to connect my computer tonit but you just have tonbe patiend and wait qhen you are looking for the new device .. after it appears itvwill give you a code and punch it in and you will be automatically connected to the printer super easy .

I am so happy with his printer because as a household filled with two students having this printer is beneficial with having them have the opportunity to print out necessary documents, and assignments that they need.

You get the most value out of your money. You can print using your phone or any device wirelessly. No need to get those USB cable. Ease of use on scanning multiple pages.

The printer itself has so far provided very good printing. However, I have had several problems regarding communications with my computer. I believe that it is not the computer (HP laptop, Windows 11), since it works fine with a second (HP 7640) printer. The computer sometimes would not recognize the printer. I tried both WiFi and USB connections, and also tried the HP Smart Printing app with same problems. After deleting and re-installing the printer, it seems to be working OK now on WiFi. I hope this has solved the problem.

Relatively small size, does what I need done, not ridiculously difficult to set up. Over all I am very pleased.

[Employee of bestbuy] Cons: This printer is constantly updating which is fine however it does it af night while one is sleeping did I mentioned that the printer live in my room and that this printer had lights as indicators yes it foes blue, amber, white , lavendar while its. updating and you dont have a. Cover on you get a light show and you cant turn the lights off. No only do u get a light show while you are sleeping you are also getting a nice noise of the printer checking something like the tray that holds the paper but it does a clicking sound never ever hated a printer more… in addition to the clicking and the light show it prints when it ferls like it not when you ask it too this is a moody printer. Pro. It can print front and back tray holds about 20-25 pages and when it does what you want it to do it does it well and ends with a little tune it sings
