This is an inexpensive and easy to set up printer. There is a video on YouTube that gives excelent directions on how to set it up and it worked for me. This printer prints on two sides and althouth not speedy, it's acceptable. I did not opt for the Insta Ink plan as we just don't print that much. The white color of the printer looks great.

This printer is way better than the HP printer I had before. Both are all-in-ones BTW. What’s better about this one is that it has clear intuitive functions that are easy to use. Anyone need ing a printer of this type will love it! Also the ink for it is less costly than the old one.

Seems like a reasonably good low-frills printer. The biggest strike against it is that the cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridge is a single cartridge. I don’t much care for this setup. With the single color cartridge, I could feasibly be out of, say, yellow, but still have a lot of magenta and cyan in the cartridge. Too bad. When one color is depleted, you have to replace them all, since they’re in a single cartridge. Seems INCREDIBLY wasteful. Honestly, I’m shocked they still sell printers with combined ink cartridges. If I were to do it again, I wouldn’t buy this printer solely because of this. I am giving it low stars, not because of the print quality, but because of the potential of wasting a lot of ink and money down the road. My fault. Bought it because it was on sale and failed to check the cartridge setup first. Like I said, I’m surprised they still make printers like this.

It is just the size printer we need. Works great and we like it.

Good price for printer. Was pretty easy to set up

So far so good. I’m coming from an older HP envy that couldn’t connect to new mesh routers. Pretty intuitive just like the older printer. Already printed 75 pages for my kids’ projects and no issues. Don’t forget to remove the cardboard inside the printer next to the ink jets. Took me almost an hour to figure out why I was getting an E3 error, the stinking piece of cardboard packaging was still holding the ink jet’s in place. Haha!

Like all the features & easy to use. I was disappointed that it did not have enlarge/ reduction of print area which sales person assured me it did. But after time it took to install everything, I wasn’t going to return & start over So it’s back to Offce centers on special print projects.

Easy setup and so far noproblems. Great printer, and scanner. I could not believe how easy it was to set up.

Very pleased with price and performance of this printer

It works very fast. However, I can't figure out how to make more than 1 copy at a time.

The size of the printer is a good size to fit in my office and works well on my wifi network. Haven't ran into any issues so far printing stuff from my phone and scanning as well.

Small printer size so it fits on my desk as well. The printing has been of the highest quality. The instant ink is an outstanding addition to the printer, It monitors the ink usage and when it gets low automatically sends ink cartridges at no cost. At the end of the 6-month free trial, I can continue it at a minimal cost based on my printing needs.

High quality and low price! Even I was easily able to install my printer - now that's a first for a near 70 year old technophobe! Users' manual very easy to understand. Quality of printed product is superior.

Printer is good but often loses connection and I have to impair and re sync to get documents to print.

This printer was easy to set up and print quality is excellent.

Not the best printer. It seems to need new ink way too often. I print maybe 5 sheets a month and it seems I’m buying ink every 2 months. With each new print job, it seems my computer can’t connect. I have to unplug the printer and plug it back in to get it to work.
