Her laptop would not connect wirelessly for some reason. Hardwired is not a big deal though. The printing works great.

Just ok

It seems to need new ink way too often. I print maybe 5 sheets a month and it seems I’m buying ink every 2 months. With each new print job, it seems my computer can’t connect. I have to unplug the printer and plug it back in to get it to work.

We haven't had it long enough to see how it will operate over time. I was able to set it up wirelessly, and that is how it is running. I do like that it doesn't take as many ink cartridges as our last printer did. We were confused about no instructions for making simple copies. I connected with the Help person (not the robot, which was useless), and found out that all it takes is placing the item to be copied on the glass, then choosing the color or black and white option from the lighted icons. We are used to having a lot of buttons right on the machine, so a little learning curve for us.
