Good quality printer. Set up was easy. Printouts are quick and print quality is good.

This printer is good, but it did get a paper jam the 2nd time I tried to use it & I had to take it in to get it fixed. So far it is working ok.

The quality of printing is very good. I did have a little problem in setup with my computer. I am a little technologically challenged but what the heck I am 80 years old.

So far, so good. We haven't had it long enough to see how it will operate over time. I was able to set it up wirelessly, and that is how it is running. I do like that it doesn't take as many ink cartridges as our last printer did. We were confused about no instructions for making simple copies. I connected with the Help person (not the robot, which was useless), and found out that all it takes is placing the item to be copied on the glass, then choosing the color or black and white option from the lighted icons. We are used to having a lot of buttons right on the machine, so a little learning curve for us.

I'm happy with my purchase, don't use very much, just for home use but it sure beats having to go to the local library to get something copied or faxed.

Great printer for my home use. Printer is fast and extremely clear print. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a printer that does what you need as a home printer. Love the blue light that lets you know it is working properly.

Basic all in 1 printer without fax machine and it works perfectly. I have had no issues with it since i bought it and set it up. The 1 thing i still have to get used to is the light above the catch tray is always on and it makes a sound when the printing job is finished.

Great value for the cost. Excellent photo printing Take advantage of the free ink for 6 months from hp. Using the good photo paper you honestly would be able to tell they were done on a home made printer or at a photo shop.

The printer works fine, but was a hassle setting up because all it wanted to do was Wi-Fi and all I wanted was a replacement printer running off a cable from my HP computer. The printer has no control buttons and must be run through HP Smart program from my computer. It is now working, but buying it was a case of "over-kill" My old HP ENVY 4520 printer was much better for me.

The product once it was set up works great. The set up process was a nightmare with it continuing to go offline even after I'd followed all the steps, multiple times. Finally got an IT friend to help get it connected & am using a dedicated cable vs the wifi connection.

Very easy and does what we need it to. Simple to set up and install the proper drives. If you just need a simple use printer for printing and scanning, this one does the job.
