The quality of printing is very good. I did have a little problem in setup with my computer. I am a little technologically challenged but what the heck I am 80 years old.

So far, so good. We haven't had it long enough to see how it will operate over time. I was able to set it up wirelessly, and that is how it is running. I do like that it doesn't take as many ink cartridges as our last printer did. We were confused about no instructions for making simple copies. I connected with the Help person (not the robot, which was useless), and found out that all it takes is placing the item to be copied on the glass, then choosing the color or black and white option from the lighted icons. We are used to having a lot of buttons right on the machine, so a little learning curve for us.

Easy to set up. It’s not to large of a printer which was what I wanted.

The printer works perfectly and the setup was so easy with the online assistance. Had some initial scan issues but that was resolved with the online chat with HP. So glad that I dumped my old Canon.

I needed a new PSC for my home office and this perfectly fills my needs. It's quiet, compact, and quite efficient. Their ink replacement program is awesome. I don't have to worry about ordering ink, it is sent automatically based on my usage. The setup was quick and easy and I was up and running in minutes.

I was able to successfully set up the printer in a rather short time. You need to download the HP Smart app before setting up the printer. Printer is bigger than I thought, but I guess it needs the space for auto doc feeder and the scan bed. The printer comes with 2 months free ink. Printing speed is not fast, but it is comparable to other small inkjets. I will recommend to people who need an MFP and has light printing needs.

Compaired to my previous HP Office Jet printer, the one is very compact, but does all the same jobs, just a little bit slower. Pleased with the purchase.

All I wanted and more, super happy with the purchase, even my wife is happy that she finally can print her photos, and the HP smart ink makes me no to worry about ink, for just $0.99 month HP will make sure you don’t run out of ink, obviously if you use print more you’ll need to upgrade the program, but even that is least expensive that buy cartridges.

I like this printer. It was a little tricky to set up, but has been nice. I like being able to print from my cell phone. Scanner doesn't always work, but for the most part, it's great. I'm not sure I like how the ink seems to run out soon and doesn't show it's use so I know which cartridge is empty. have to change them both at the same time.
