    The printer works perfectly and the setup was so easy with the online assistance. Had some initial scan issues but that was resolved with the online chat with HP. So glad that I dumped my old Canon.

    So much better than the Brother printer we had! Much faster and better quality printing. Down side is the ink doesn’t last very long.

    All I needed was a printer that would print and make copies. I tried to do the "smart hp" thing for wireless, but too complicated. It makes very sharp printing and coping.

    Setting this up was a little difficult with a MacBook, but once I read some online forums on how to just use it as an Airdrop printer, didn’t have any problems! The only thing I don’t like is that if there is an error with the printer you have to open the app on your phone to troubleshoot. However, this is a minor inconvenience. We signed up for Instant Ink which I’m interested to see how it works. I will say I feel like it goes through ink much faster than my HP Photosmart. Overall, it’s worth its price.

    Great printer, prints really well. Easy to set up and find with a computer. The two complaints I would have are first, it loses the printer very often and you have to look for it, the reason for that is #2 it looses connection to the network a few times a day so you need to reboot.
