Nice printer, easy to use, cool lighting, nice price

Easy install. HP smart for connectivity provides lots of great options. Enrolling in HP program auto detects the ink levels and order cartridges. You’re not charged for them until they go in the printer. You get the cartridges for a cheaper prices, if enrolled in the program.

Works great so far. Been using it over a month. Really like being able to print stuff from my phone 2 to 3 hours away from printer.

My HP - Envy printer is the perfect size for a home office computer. I buy the Total Tec program each year and a technician will come out at no cost to set up the printer, give you two free years of warranty and come to work on your purchase at no charge. I am a very satisfied Best Buy customer!

This printer is wonderful! It came out of the box, pretty much ready to go. I followed the setup instructions and connected with my network and was off and printing! It much quieter than my previous HP printer, prints faster and don't have to worry about it being connected and ready when I need it to print. The copy quality is great. I have not used the scanning feature yet, but I'm sure that will be as good as the others. I enjoy it alot!!

Easy to set-up and use, convenient, and portable. Had an important matter requiring download, this made it quick and easy!

Needed a simple 3 in 1 printer. Happy with HP. Tried cannon. Just wasn’t my cup of tea.

This is a good lightweight printer, it is easy to move and also to install the ink cartridges and paper. You can easily see if there is a paper jam and fix it too. Printing direct from your phone without the printer being on internet and use your device wifi is so important. Dont forget to install your app to print!

Great printer, love the printing quality, easy setup

Once set up, it has worked very well. The set up was not as easy as they said. I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with HP and once we got everything set up, came to find out that the black cartridge included with the printer was defective so they had to send me another one which luckily only took a week to receive. The flashing lights are a little intimidating at first as the instructions included do not really address that issue.

Love it. Fast, quality printing. Just what I needed for home. Having a touch screen would have put it over the top.

Love it very easy to use but only concern is the ink runs out quickly and you cannot use it manually. I have to scan what i needed to copy. Because once the ink is low it opted you to use it manually. Hope the ink cartridge amount can be improved.

Awesome printer and a great price! I love being able to have my own printer/copier, it saves time and money as most places charge you for every copy and sometimes you get charged even more for assistance..not to mention you may even have to wait in line to use them. Now I don't have to, I can print or copy and go!

Overall, works great. Didn't really come with an owners manual, per se, and you have to play it by ear until you get the hang of the app. The first few weeks were tough, with the printer constantly going off-line for no apparent reason. Had to contact the Geek Squad and learn how to align to new cartridges. Once you get past these types of hurdles, works great.

I love this style of HP printers, I also have a 6000 series. The only small con I have found with the 6455 is that it went offline once or twice.

I've been using products from the HP envy line since 2015 when I entered my Master's of Science program. I immediately fell in love the the HP Envy laptop after my original machine died. I was so impressed that I also bought the printers that go with it. I travel frequently and needed more than one printer, and initially used my laptops and printers for school, transitioning to work and business use. Fast forward to my most recent move, and I needed a new printer while traveling. I bought another HP Envy printer that worked great in the location of purchase, but wouldn't connect once I moved, so I needed another printer. I decided on another HP Envy, and bought it from Best Buy. Unfortunately, out of the box the HP Envy 6455e printer never worked. I'm a Best Buy Total protection customer so I called for tech support, and was eventually connected to an expert agent. The agent couldn't get the printer to print, and it wasn't correctly sensing that the machine had paper, which it did. I then scheduled a same day Geek Squad appointment to have the machine looked at in person. When I arrived at my Best Buy store, the technician informed me that they didn't repair printers at the location. I ended up returning my printer because I only had 4 more days to return it, and I knew I wouldn't have time during the week. I ended up with the base model of the same model series: HP Envy 6000e. This printer connected easily and effortlessly without any issues out of the box. This is what I'm accustomed to with the HP Envy suite of products. I was hopeful with the original 6455e printer, it had pretty lights and nice sounds but it never worked.
