excellent as a copier and scanner. need to use the app but is very easy to use.

I purchased the HP ENVY 6455e as a replacement for my HP C4580 Photosmart printer (great printer). You have to get the HP "on line OK" before the ENVY printer will work. The ENVY have white lights, blue lights, pulsing lights, orange lights etc. I just wanted a printer to work when I hit the print button. The on/off button is located on the back of the unit?? and cannot be turned off automatically unless it is programed. To manually turn off, you must get behind the unit. The printer is advertised to do double sided printing. There is an embedded program to do this. Why not do away with all the lights and make a printer to do this without extra trouble. If you want the printer to print quiet it must be programmed to print quite. I just wanted a printer to print when I press print. I don't need all the lights and embedded programs.

Great price..very satisfied so far. It does what I need for it to do. Very happy that I bought it. Glad I had Geek Squad set it up. Tech was great. I don’t need all the fancy extras. Best Buy is the best and so is the Geek Squad.

It's early, but so far it has been relatrively easy to setup and use. I like the smaller size and weight.

I used Geek Squad for installation purposes and truly glad I did. Took him a good 35 min plus to complete the project and get it up and running and let me test it out and ran smooth from my Desktop and I-Phone - which I absolutely love being able to do from my phone.

Works fast and easily. Geek squad helped me with smooth efficiency and taught me to used it properly. Would buy the same product line again.

So far a great purchase. Love it, no issues. Easy to use.

This printer is compact and was easily hidden under the desk. The print quality good. I did notice a slight difference between Bluetooth printing and scanning a document directly from the printer. The scan directly from the printer was a little bit better quality. The difference was so slight that it doesn't matter to us.

The printer was very easy to set up!! so far so good!

Love this printer ,used to have epson eco tanks but didn’t work really well for me because the inks dried & clogged ! The inks itself still a lot but dried & clogged the printer, this printer looks modern & less headache! Very 2 recommended!!!

Good product for limited office and personal printing needs

An excellent printer for color and black and white printing, as well as for printing photos. I do not regret buying it

My parents picked this out. I guess it appeals at its price point but not having a display screen is awful. You have to have a smart phone to connect it to the WiFi. I can’t promise my parents will be able to easily reconnect if needed. Also you have to pull out the manual to know what all the colored lights mean since there’s no display to tell you. This thing is awful.

Great printer. Work great with both my phone and tablet.

In order for it to work efficiently you have to cut it off everyday. And after use a few times it disconnects itself from the laptop that’s the aggravating part. Basically don’t let it idle cause it doesn’t wake up when needed you have to restart it back up anyway.

We just opened this product and so far, it’s great! Instructions were very easy for set up and the print quality is nice. You have the option to set up via your mobile device or computer through the HP Smart App. I did the set up from my iPhone and it walked me through everything step by step. I opted into the ink program and love it. It seems to be a big savings on ink and it’s nice that the cartridges are shipped when we need them. It’s been a few months now and I’m still very happy with this printer. It’s the best.

I'm so glad I chose this printer. I was able to install it and connect it to my internet for wireless use in a short time. Everything was explained step by step. I couldn't be happier.

Nice printer..not made for heavy use tho..constantly needs reconnecting to laptop..sigh

Was a light problem setting up and then following what to do. In the things you said to click on was a virus so had to cancel my credit card before they wiped out my account. Not funny either
