    We just opened this product and so far, it’s great! Instructions were very easy for set up and the print quality is nice. You have the option to set up via your mobile device or computer through the HP Smart App. I did the set up from my iPhone and it walked me through everything step by step. I opted into the ink program and love it. It seems to be a big savings on ink and it’s nice that the cartridges are shipped when we need them. It’s been a few months now and I’m still very happy with this printer. It’s the best.

    Our previous HP printer was so easy. This one has been difficult to get used to but we’re getting better. I would buy another HP in the future but would ask more questions first. I ‘d recommend this printer to someone who is much more technical than we are.

    Very slow printer , seems to use a ton of ink, I don’t use it a lot so I didn’t really have high expectations, works good for wireless printing

    I am in love with my new printer. It was easy to set up on both my personal and work laptops and on my phone. I love that I can print docs from my laptop or my phone with ease. I am very happy with my printer and look forward to printing and scanning docs without any problems.

    I bought this printer to replace my HP OfficeJet 860. I am retired and do not need a workhorse for a printer anymore. So far it works well and meets my personal printing needs. It was a challenge connecting the printer to my WiFi, but I figured it out ony own.
