I've found this printer easy to install and just what I needed in my home office. Smart sleek design. Recommend it for light office duty at home.

I bought this for a home office, replacing a Brother model. This is a prettier printer; looks professional. The setup was pretty easy, initially. The app must be used to set it up. It didn't initially recognize my wifi, took several restarts to get it to recognize, so that I could complete setup. Once that was done, setup went smoothly. The print quality is very good. One issue it that it doesn't scan then print multiple items at once. We can try to scan a document with multiple pages, then have to print them one at a time, instead of being able to print all at once. My Brother printer allowed that. This was more expensive than i thought it should be. I guess that many printers are because more people are staying home. That being said, it wasn't bad compared to similar models. I have only had it up for a little over a month and have had to replace the initial cartridge. I do wish it came with multiple cartridges instead of "black" and "color". The auto ship is convenient, sort of, as long as you don't print above HP's alloted limits. Overall, a good purchase.

We recently purchased this color printer for our small business. The quality of the print is really good, it is a small device but fast. I recommend this printer!

Four and a half stars actually. The printer has been working fine, although I haven't put it through all the paces and functions. But setup was difficult because as some others have found, the set-up instructions aren't Mac-friendly (although some have apparently not had that problem). Customer support was friendly and helpful, and after a fairly lengthy call, I had it up and running fine. The HP Smart app so far has been great.

Prints well for documents. Compact and easy to set up but one pice of advice is to make sure your WiFi provider has your network set up to allow the printer to be discovered.

I needed a printer that could be used as a fax machine. I like the top auto feed option. It comes in handy if you have several pages to copy. You avoid opening the cover and removing the previous page to add another one before copying. The problem is that the Mobile App for your phone does not provide all of the options available on the desktop app. If you use it as a scan from your mobile phone, you can not save it as a PDF. It will only save to a cloud as a JPG. The tray that holds paper is not very large. The controls on the printer are not easy to figure out. They are extremely simple pictures that are only visible if you touch them so they light up and at that point, you have activated the option by touching the button. They should really be lit all the time. Otherwise, copies fast.

Nice printer for the price. Very easy to set up. Wireless works well.

Great printer for us. Would purchase again. The only drawback is that for an all-in-one printer, there is no fax capability. A small inconvenience for us as there are alternatives available. Thank you

After having a disastrous experience with my previous printer purchased elsewhere, I was thrilled to not only get an excellent product at a great price, but being able to pick it up the same day made the buying experience so easy and stress-free. Way to go, Best Buy.

The ease of use is great. Love all the functions it has for the price. Enjoying the insta ink program. Would recommend this printer to anyone working from home as well as every day use.

This is a simple, functional machine. I would have preferred something in the 7700 series even without the document feeder because of the ease of use and connectivity. It wasn't in stock. But this one works well, has quality printing plus scanning and copying, and a document feeder.

This product is amazing compared with the one I had. I didnt realized that I could this product on all the time. I didnt now how to display this product but I found a neighbor who an expert dealing with this.
