A great multi-purpose printer/copier/scanner for the money. Very versatile and easy to set up.

Our previous HP printer was so easy. This one has been difficult to get used to but we’re getting better. I would buy another HP in the future but would ask more questions first. I ‘d recommend this printer to someone who is much more technical than we are.

Printer is not that easy use without a screen. You have to remember what the icons mean that light up. After 18 months it started to have problems connecting to WiFi and not recognizing a print signal. Two months later after a router password change it refused to connect to the router. Printer broadcasts its name during setup but will not connect. Time to try a different brand

Was a light problem setting up and then following what to do. In the things you said to click on was a virus so had to cancel my credit card before they wiped out my account. Not funny either

If you just need to print/scan/copy occasional items for the home, we find this to be a reliable (albeit slow) printer with decent quality for the money.

So far a great purchase. Love it, no issues. Easy to use.

Its a great printer once its setup. As per most tech it sometimes can be a pain to get setup right. The app sometimes messes up and doesnt work but from reading the instructions manual you can figure out a work around gor the most part. Overall, it is a pretty good printer.

Easy to install, works great and definitely I recommend it to a friend.

Quiet, looks good and performs well. Print quality is not as good as my previous HP printer, but if I remember correctly the old one was quite a bit more expensive. My needs have changed, and this printed meets or exceeds my current expectations. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Giving this 4 stars because now that it's set up, it's a great printer. Let me tell you though, it was NOT as easy to set up as it advertised. Especially HP's Instant Ink Program, which took 2 hours with HP's tech support, and multiple system restores to even get the printer to communicate with the instant ink program. Save yourself the hassle and just don't even bother with it, just buy ink the old fashioned way. Also, if you are purchasing, please buy a printer cable to connect to your computer's USB. Not included in the box, and you do need it...it says you don't, and you can just set it up via an app....which doesn't work because it won't connect to wifi on it's own, and if you don't have it connected to your computer, there's no way to tell the printer what wifi network to join. Now that it's all set up though, it is great having a wifi enabled, wireless printer/scanner/copier in the house. Very high quality compared with what I was expecting.

This printer is great for what i need. i’m retired and for the price excellent. i have always used HP printer.

Really do love my new HP printer. Gave my last HP away to my father and he loves it. This obe I don't need an ethernet cable since its 100% wireless. It come with Hp plus and using the HP Smart app makes printing from anywhere great.

This is a very good lightweight printer that does the job and doesn’t take up a lot of space. This particular printer is the 2nd one I’ve purchased.

This gets the job down, my wife needed this to print out paper for her job and it is easy to use !
