    This printer is somewhat a mystery as the printer designs have somewhat changed. Offers wireless but can't get that to work or even prompt me for the code. Have it hooked up via USB...what about Bluetooth? Prints nice but it's a bit awkward from my older printers in setup.

    There are times when it decides not to print; I unplug it and then plug it back then it works. Maybe if I paid more money for a more expensive one, I wouldn't have any problem. When it works, it is great.

    Very hard to connect to the computer. We had to contact The HP company who didn't help at all. Then the geek squad did, but it took a month to actually start using it.

    The main reason for this rating is that every time i go to print from my computer the printer is off line. sometimes when i wait 5-10 minutes its back on or i have to go to settings and hit the default printer tab even though it is already active. Very frustrating.

    I purchased a GE 6000 BTU air conditioner which was on sale, priced better than the 5000 BTU that was available right next to it. Using for an upstairs bedroom and it works very well. I'd also recommend this product for ease of use.
