Very hard to connect to the computer. We had to contact The HP company who didn't help at all. Then the geek squad did, but it took a month to actually start using it.

Worked well for the first 18 months. Ink became faded after that when printing, despite new ink cartridges and cleaning print heads. Fine when scanning.

Fancy and high tech printer. Does everything you need it to do. Does print slow and will not print at all when the ink or paper is low which is frustrating. Other than that not bad for the price.

I am satisfied with this printer for my simple usage and minimal printing. The setup was very quick and friendly with HP smart app. Had issues with HP 4100 series for connectivity, so replaced and upgraded to this printer. The printer looks good, compact and sleek. (On a side note, if anyone is trying to create account in HP Instant ink portal and setting up this printer. During the process when it prompts to get a Printer code. Just single click the 'information button' on the printer which prints out data, search for 16 digits code, that's your Printer code)

There are times when it decides not to print; I unplug it and then plug it back then it works. Maybe if I paid more money for a more expensive one, I wouldn't have any problem. When it works, it is great.

Printer is great for small printing jobs. I appreciate the ink replacing app that informs your when you’re out of ink and automatically reorder it.

This is an excellent Printer! It’s fast, and the color is great and I like that it has free ink for 3 months!

Have been using this over a year. Works well except goes off line frequently and have tried and googled to get it not to, to no avail. So have to unplug and reset it often.

A very good purchase that is light in weight and doesn’t take up a lot of space. This printer is my 2nd one that I’ve purchased.

Printer works great. For the price I paid plus don't use that much it is perfect for my use.

Recieved quickly! Easy set up. Best thing is printer will let HP know when I need ink & ships to me. It also calculates how many pages are my average & adjusts shipping frequency. So happy I finally ditched my Cannon!!!

I've had HP printers in the past. Last time I needed a printer the only HP available was a huge one about the size you would use in an office with as many bells and whistles and a price to match. I "settled" for another big name brand only to find that it kept disconnecting from my Internet, kept losing my computer and phone, and I kept losing my patience. Less than two months later and I have an HP in the house again.
