I've had this printer for approximately one month. It works very well. HP has put out a quality product. I also would like to say that the sale person that helped me choose the HP was excellent.

The printer is fine. But what is not fine is the lack of help in setting it up. Someone is assuming that everything will be obvious to a new user. This is false and unacceptable.

The only problem is the on/off button is on the back of the printer and we keep our printer in a cabinet which makes it difficult to turn the printer on and off.

Printer is ok It is a little slower in responding to the print option than my other printer Still learning about all its features. Does not seem to let me know when I need more Ink

It is working as it should. This is excellent in todays printer world!!! Yippie!!!

HP is good printer. Easy to use it. We had hp printer before and love it.

Easy to set up and prints great pictures and documents. Fax and scanner are top notch. Love this product.

Easy to setup and install. Prints easily from Iphone and IPad. Design is efficient and compact compared to my previous printer.

It works very well but when i first tried to connect to it there were issues. the day after i tried it connected no problem. it prints well and it prints on letters no problem. hp is kinda pushy on refills and that is annoying.

i like the way the printer operates,but i want to know why it starts up the same time the computer does,is it supposed to because i am hooked up to wi-fi,the hp support people do not have an answer for me.

Beware: Although it has an energy saving mode, there is no way to turn off the printer if you have it in a bedroom. Blue light from electronics interferes with sleep. Pros: It has interior paper loading tray, so there is less chance of dust and debris jamming the rollers. Its wireless and can be connected to a smartphone, although sometimes its slow due to interference from nearby electronics, although it does have an ethernet port in the back. There is only 1 cartridge for color ink. It has a document scanner and copier although I have yet to use those features. This replaced a wired Canon Pixma MG2522 all in one printer that got its ink sponges and rollers worn out. Since it was a budget disposable printer, there was no point in repairing. 4 Stars. Order online and curbside pickup was very convinient.

Easy to set up Good instructions. I wish HP did not push their subscription so hard.

HP 1,2,3 install was not user friendly... Chris Saunders is an excellent "Geek". He has been a big help... What was supposed to be 'easy' was complicated... I couldn't connect my printer to my computer; Chris found the problem and got it up and running.... My internet security was blocking the installation process...

The HP Envy 6455e wireless printer is very quiet when printing. Good value for price.

We were satisfied with our basic old HP printer until we wore out the rollers after many years. Time to replace. We decided to go with automatic feed and a double sided option but still keep it simple. Well times have changed and we needed phone support for set up to maximize understanding of its many useful features but it’s worth it. No more tiny attached screen. Simple light up tabs on the unit for basic printing. Everything else we need for more advanced printing shows up on our phones and laptops. It supports multiple devices. And it does it wirelessly!
