    First one I bought had an issue with the ink mecinism and had to take it back. Got a new one, installed and connected with my WIFI and all has been good.

    Worst HP Printer I’ve Ever Owned

    This is the worst HP printer I’ve ever owned. It’s set up as wireless so two of us can use it, but sometimes the wireless goes out for no reason, documents sent don’t show up in the queue, it’s starting to jam more, and now I’ve got a message light (I) that is on for no reason. When I tried to get in-person help from HP, my warranty has expired, so all I can use is virtual assistant which hasn’t worked. I’m done. Getting a new printer next week.

    Love this printer, but sometimes wish I didn't have to do everything through the app. Print quality is good-- even with photos. Nice and slim design, so it's fits nicely in any space.

    It works very well but when i first tried to connect to it there were issues. the day after i tried it connected no problem. it prints well and it prints on letters no problem. hp is kinda pushy on refills and that is annoying.

    HP 1,2,3 install was not user friendly... Chris Saunders is an excellent "Geek". He has been a big help... What was supposed to be 'easy' was complicated... I couldn't connect my printer to my computer; Chris found the problem and got it up and running.... My internet security was blocking the installation process...

    Beware: Although it has an energy saving mode, there is no way to turn off the printer if you have it in a bedroom. Blue light from electronics interferes with sleep. Pros: It has interior paper loading tray, so there is less chance of dust and debris jamming the rollers. Its wireless and can be connected to a smartphone, although sometimes its slow due to interference from nearby electronics, although it does have an ethernet port in the back. There is only 1 cartridge for color ink. It has a document scanner and copier although I have yet to use those features. This replaced a wired Canon Pixma MG2522 all in one printer that got its ink sponges and rollers worn out. Since it was a budget disposable printer, there was no point in repairing. 4 Stars. Order online and curbside pickup was very convinient.

    Easy set up and clear instructions! Picked up with curbside and that was a great experience as well! Previous to this printer I owned an HP printer that lasted me almost 20 years!!!!
