The intelligent printer is so helpful, and it’s easy to print. It saves time.

So far it is good, do not use it daily but printing is good and scanning also works well as the WI-FI connectivity

The only good thing about this printer and HP was that I reached a tech support specialist on the phone in less than 3 minutes. This after trying to get it to print after it was out of the box. The bad thing was that after an hour of trying to get the printer's WiFi to work, along with getting the app to work on my computer the call was dropped. So, the conclusion was that a 5 minute drive back to the store to return the product and buy another brand was much better than spending at least another hour of my life on the phone trying to get the printer working (especially when HP touts to have it ready in 3 steps). As far as printing, it seemed great. I mean the alignment page came out nice. But setting up the drivers for the computer to communicate to the printer never worked after the first initial setup; printer errored out saying it needed updates (updates despite being fresh out of the box). Added having to sign up for an app was time consuming too.

Prints crisply and relatively quick. I really appreciate the duplex capability. It was easy to set up to start printing.

Excellent product for the price. I amazingly was easily able to set it up for my computer. Help sites available are very good. Print quality is excellent and available printing on both sides of paper is a great option. The instant ink option is wonderful. No need to worry if your ink is going to run out in the middle of something. It might be a bit slow for high volume printing but is perfect for the amount of printing I use it for (small business).

Extremely taxing to get working. I have set up many printers, and I’ve never had an experience as bad as this one. I spoke with at least 3 different HP reps before it finally worked. First, they said it was bad ink cartridges even though I replaced them, and the printer still didn’t work. HP sent me replacement cartridges even though I told them I didn’t think that was the problem. They said I had to follow the troubleshooting process, and it took a week for the ink to arrive. Of course, it still didn’t work just like I thought. They scheduled a call back the following day with another rep, and I said this was the last thing I was going to try before I return the printer to the store. I got the call as promised, and we performed the exact setup step that were done me and 2 other reps. Magically it worked. By this time I was beyond frustrated but relieved the printer finally worked. I asked what was the problem, and she could only say she just did the basic setup steps. That sort of irritated me because I took it like she was saying I didn’t know how to follow the basic setup instructions. The printer seems to work fine now. It just took almost 2 weeks and 3 HP reps to get there.

I love this printer. It is wonderful. It is technologically up to date. I like how easy it is to use and works over wifi from both my phone and laptop. The quality is great.

The printer was easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. The HP app does help. The manual is easy to follow. The printed material looks great.
