I am really enjoying my new printer. It has completed my office. I am still learning how to use it but am very pleased with this printer, it was a great price.

Extremely taxing to get working. I have set up many printers, and I’ve never had an experience as bad as this one. I spoke with at least 3 different HP reps before it finally worked. First, they said it was bad ink cartridges even though I replaced them, and the printer still didn’t work. HP sent me replacement cartridges even though I told them I didn’t think that was the problem. They said I had to follow the troubleshooting process, and it took a week for the ink to arrive. Of course, it still didn’t work just like I thought. They scheduled a call back the following day with another rep, and I said this was the last thing I was going to try before I return the printer to the store. I got the call as promised, and we performed the exact setup step that were done me and 2 other reps. Magically it worked. By this time I was beyond frustrated but relieved the printer finally worked. I asked what was the problem, and she could only say she just did the basic setup steps. That sort of irritated me because I took it like she was saying I didn’t know how to follow the basic setup instructions. The printer seems to work fine now. It just took almost 2 weeks and 3 HP reps to get there.

Works awesome, didn’t take me long to get set up. It’s perfect for my at home office. Doesn’t take up too much room

I was skeptical with this being primarily controlled by computer software instead of push buttons or a touch screen. Once setup was complete this has worked flawlessly. Still has all the drawbacks that inkjet printers come with. Setup is not easy for a beginner.

This is the best printer I have ever had. Fast color is great

I was replacing a very old printer which didn't have all these features so this was a nice change. I like that it fits into the same space because I did not want wifi and it had to connect to my computer in no other place. It's one of the smaller versions. However, it is a bit awkward to have to reach behind the printer to feel for the power button without being able to see it when it really should have been put up front like all the other functions. So far it seems to be working fine and faster than I remember my other one. I had my computer guy install it for me but he had some problems with the guidelines Microsoft had given for installing the software.

Printer works excellent. Much better than my old one. Sales reps at store were very helpful when making my purchase. really like the double sided printing feature.

I like the simplicity of this and that its petite. Takes up less space than others which is huge for me as I have alot of things on the desk. I am a little concerned as it says that it holds it connection with Apple products and it does and doesnt. My last HP printer would always lose connection with my Mac. This has lost once connection so far even though it says "connected to wifi" Not sure where the breakdown is but again, it does eventually reconnect so I am glad about that. It isnt as easy to use as my last one as they made this sleeker in design and took away the preview menu.

Very easy to set up, does everything it is supposed to do. Pros - fairly quiet, relatively fast printing, great scans, easy to print double sided, easy to use document feeder to handle copy or scan multiple pages. Cons - can only load one size paper at a time, no display screen, buttons very hard to see, not capable of copying or scanning both sides of a document using the document feeder

I love this printer! I bought this in preparation for online school. It was super easy to set up. I downloaded the app and within minutes it was set up. Once set up you can text or email a link for others to set up the printer on their devices. It can be connected by cable to print if WiFi goes out, however it doesn’t come with a one. I fortunately had my old one from my previous printer. It also prints double sided which is a major plus.

This is my first wireless printer and it was easy to setup and with the app I have printed from my new HP computer and from my iPhone. Great product.

I t relaces our 9 year old HP Printer but this one can scan and print back to back.

Printers are hard to get right now, so it's a little worrisome wondering if the inventory that's left is any good. Suffice to say, I'm happy I got this printer. Setup was an absolute breeze and required nothing more than a cell phone. I really like how easy the app is to be able to print from my phone/tablet or other non-computer devices. Also really like the clean all-white design too! Very happy and no complaints with the product

Printer works well, no connectivity issues so far. Funnily enough it is labeled as only Wi-Fi and cable to plug into the computer but there is a sticker on the back that says no cable and behind the sticker is where you can plug in a standard printer cable XD. But the Wifi has had no issues so far, I have printed from my desktop windows computer, my Linux machine, my iPhone and my wife’s android and not had any problems. I do like the convenience of the instant ink and the 6 month free trial
