    Needed assistance in setting up. I was given 5 star service from Geek Squad. HP support was not able to help. So far printing well. I'm still learning the features.

    The printer is a nice decoration for the room and can do almost every daily tasks. This’s actually not the cheapest one out there. If I hadn’t been in hurry, I could have found a printer with lower price and had same functions.

    Easy to use with the HP Smart app. Runs out of ink quickly and I wish I’d paid attention to the fact that the each color ink was not separate. Not good for high volume printing

    Very good print quality. Ink replacement program is very convenient. Printer goes offline for no apparent reason sometimes. Lack of control window makes troubleshooting harder despite HP Ap.

    Nice little printer. Printer was easy to set up but it does require Wi-Fi. You have to use the HP SMART app. I really like that it does double sided printing.

    I bought all in one printer for my home office. The set up was easy. Connection and app worked nicely. Operation and quality are good for a inkjet printer. Happy with purchase so far.

    Prints well after one month of use. Important negatives: On/off button is in back so I have to leave it on most of the time. If there is something to press to scan, I haven't found it. Major reason for not recommending it.

    Gets the job done i just wish that it had a menue screen. Also i have to unplug it once a week so it can reconnect to network not sure if its my wifi or printer i just deal with it
