The printer is a good size and weight for a home office. The set up took hours on my own however Printer Support was very helpful and got it set up relatively quickly. The Service Rep was very patient and resolved the connection problem.

I wasn't aware when I bought it that I would get a free trial of the Instant Ink program! Instant Ink is a great service especially if you print heavily or you print a lot of color documents or photos! You enroll based on the number of pages you are likely to print and there are many levels to choose from. If you understand how it works, it's a good deal! The printer itself is quite solidly made, is completely wireless, and easy to set up and use.

Very compact but was confused at first as there were no manuals but once connected to WiFi everything needed was available digitally and set up was very smooth. Has worked great since I got it!

I’m not real happy with this printer. It spits out gibberish on several sheets of paper only at the top of the sheet. Wasting lots of paper if left on.

I have this printer both at home and in my office. Great printer for the price.

Like the printer but is awful at staying connected. Shame all these years and printers cant connect easier!!

Love how well this prints. So easy to use and to set up

The printer has been very good so far. The setup took a while because my Wi-Fi/Internet was secured so the printer could not connect. Once I figured this out the setup was simple and I have our computers and phones setup to be able to print. The lights are a bit bright, so we have to turn off the printer at night. Other than that the printer serves our needs, is pretty good on ink volume, scans and prints quickly, and the ink program is cool too. The ink program tracks when you are low and sends ink without you have to order. I find this really helpful because it eliminates the hassle of going to buy ink or ordering online and possibly not having ink when we need it.

Thus far the unit has performed to expectation without any problems.

Gets the job done i just wish that it had a menue screen. Also i have to unplug it once a week so it can reconnect to network not sure if its my wifi or printer i just deal with it

Easy to start, operate and loading of the ink. Instructions are easy to understand.

I am really enjoying my new printer. It has completed my office. I am still learning how to use it but am very pleased with this printer, it was a great price.

I was skeptical with this being primarily controlled by computer software instead of push buttons or a touch screen. Once setup was complete this has worked flawlessly. Still has all the drawbacks that inkjet printers come with. Setup is not easy for a beginner.

Printer works fine but I miss the ability to access functions and ink levels directly on the printer.

Inexpensive - small -does what you need if it’s print copy scan

Printer works well, no connectivity issues so far. Funnily enough it is labeled as only Wi-Fi and cable to plug into the computer but there is a sticker on the back that says no cable and behind the sticker is where you can plug in a standard printer cable XD. But the Wifi has had no issues so far, I have printed from my desktop windows computer, my Linux machine, my iPhone and my wife’s android and not had any problems. I do like the convenience of the instant ink and the 6 month free trial
