Very slow response time after Print is clicked. Decent quality print once it gets going.

HP ENVY 6455e for home use

I researched online and decided that the ENVY 6455e printer would be a good fit for my needs. Best Buy was the only store that had them in stock, although I did have to go to a store a little farther away than my normal Best Buy but it was worth it. I also love the ability to print directly from our mobile devices. The one thing I would mention is that I recently had the need to either copy or scan a 11x14 document and the printer could not get the entire document. But I would still recommend this printer.

"Wireless" printing is awful

I was told by HP technical support that I need to update my chromebook every time i want to use the printer. And I had to install some extension app from the google play store. Every tech gets my document to print using different instructions. THEN maybe it will print, or not. Every time I want to print something I figure to expect at leastvtwo calls to tech support and a couple of transfer between departments. GRRRR.

Great Print Job

Nice looking, quiet and versatile printer

Sheet feeder folds over loading slot, keeping dust out it that mechanism. Easy to set up with WiFi and remote printing from phone and other computers in the house. Print quality is good for what we do (not a lot of photo printing). Instant ink (had it on old printer) is great as only 2 ink cartridges with small volumes.
