Great printer and photo quality is excellent. Size is perfect.

Works great however, I do not like the fact that I had to pay a subscription fee to print and was charged for printing pages over the membership.

If you want the ink make sure you file paperwork immediately after setting up printer.

Very difficult to set up on a chromebook. I was told by HP technical support that I need to update my chromebook every time i want to use the printer. And I had to install some extension app from the google play store. Every tech gets my document to print using different instructions. THEN maybe it will print, or not. Every time I want to print something I figure to expect at leastvtwo calls to tech support and a couple of transfer between departments. GRRRR.

We have not had this printer very long. It seems like a good printer. Had some trouble in the beginning. HP support said it was set up wrong, but they fixed it and it seems to be working well now. I liked the screen on the front of our prior Envy printer. It would give you instructions, inform you of errors, etc. I do miss that. This printer seems simpler. It does seem faster than our older Envy printer, though, so only time will tell, but so far it seems like a good printer.

What a great choice. Works awesome and was easy to hook up.

I like the printer overall. I have not used any other features yet besides printing. It took a few weeks to get it set up and online with my internet and computer. I wish it had come with a detailed manual to help me through the set up process.

This is a great printer especially for the money. It was not quite as easy to set up as the "instructions" would have you believe. It is set up now and doing a great job!

It is probably a decent printer, but we only purchased it after spending an afternoon attempting to update our old printer which is no longer supported. This one has no buttons or screen on the device, and we must use the app to adjust printer settings or do anything other than print. . . inconvenient and less user friendly.

Pretty easy to set up, bought this for my college kid and she was just saying how awesome it has been having a printer at school.

Good printer for the money. Could use a better app to change options.

Have used HP All-in-one printers for years. I like this one except for the position of the power button which is on the back of the unit & very inconvenient!
