The one that I had purchased, would drop itself from my home network, and then would not reconnect. Making the printer a paper weight, it is useless when you do not have it connected to internet. Tried connecting with service support, would get the option to CHAT with tech support from India. That was a disaster. 30 mins of explaining to me to reboot my network. Then was told “Maybe I was too far away from router WiFi. It’s in the room adjacent. 20 feet at the most. Was told the printer wasn’t designed to go that far… What??? A home network designed printer that you will need to set up your office in the kitchen to print. No thank you. Luckily was able to return to store for a full refund.

I don’t know what I did, but I ended up calling as crew when I thought I was calling HP help and ask crew is a rip off a scam and so I’d be careful if you call HP support you get HP support and not ask crew thank you

Good printer, No to instant ink

I dont recommend. It came in handy when i was a college student and printed a lot but now that i graduated, they didnt want to cancel the subscription and also try to continue charging me. The printer is almost useless without it because i cant seem to figure out how to get it to work with regular ink cartridges. Its just weird to me.
