Very quiet easy to use printer with great print quality.

A nice printer we bought for traveling and which was needed by my son for school. Easy to set up using the App. Have yet to try using this with a direct connect USB. Quality of the printer is fine. I did buy extra cartridges as I heard they were harder to find. I doubt I would use this if printing large volumes of material but for our purposes it has worked well so far.

I found the installation and directions on use of the printer to be difficult for me. I had to call my daughter in law to help me set it up and learn to use it. It was replacing my old printer "HP officejet 5510 all in one" which I used for years but could not easily find replacement ink for. Thus I decided to purchase a new printer. Im still learning how to use certain functions but otherwise am pleased with the new product HP Envy 6455e. Thank you

Worst printer I've ever owned!! Constantly gives the error that its low on paper and/or empty when in fact it is full. Then it randomly gives an error that the incorrect paper size has been selected when nothing has changed, thus refusing to print anything. I've had to rely on other people to print simple pages because this printer acts up. It will also randomly stop printing a job and then eject paper with half of the page printed. When it runs out of ink theres no warning and it runs out so quickly!!! This printer uses ink faster than any I've had in the past. I've had errors since Day 1 and the online troubleshooting is a joke. Also, the connectivity is so inconsistent. This printer is unreliable on so many levels!!!

It fails to print a lot. I have to use HP Print Scan Doctor at least once or twice a month. It is getting worse. When it prints it is excellent.

Great priduct for home or office works extremely well for me. You do besides have the printer option has a scanner option the paper holder holds efficient amount of paper. It is a great price easy to put together as far as software the smart app everything synced together very well.

Love it. Works much better than my old one. Still have much to learn.

Purchased a HP wireless printer, works great, set up was kind of screwed up, the app to help and a fee charged, talked to someone, then they said they'd call me back, but never did, so i canceled the app subscription

still learning how to use, so far its printed out multiple of the same papers i needed but that could have be my error also. not positive. turns on fast prints at a regular speed. a little noisy.

Great printer for my daughter to do her virtual schoolwork

I love this printer. I researched online and decided that the ENVY 6455e printer would be a good fit for my needs. Best Buy was the only store that had them in stock, although I did have to go to a store a little farther away than my normal Best Buy but it was worth it. I also love the ability to print directly from our mobile devices. The one thing I would mention is that I recently had the need to either copy or scan a 11x14 document and the printer could not get the entire document. But I would still recommend this printer.
