    I found the installation and directions on use of the printer to be difficult for me. I had to call my daughter in law to help me set it up and learn to use it. It was replacing my old printer "HP officejet 5510 all in one" which I used for years but could not easily find replacement ink for. Thus I decided to purchase a new printer. Im still learning how to use certain functions but otherwise am pleased with the new product HP Envy 6455e. Thank you

    Make sure iPhone is on same network. The app will walk you through setup. It’s odd to not have a screen to show status. The printer message on pc showed “attention required” but restarted printer and it was fine after.

    So simple. Quick setup. Love that the tray can hold up to 100 sheets of paper. I emailed directly to it for printing and it worked. So far no issues with connectivity. App has templates galore and there are so many options on this thing. Such a big upgrade from my other printer. And ink is cheaper too (about 30 bucks for black and color).
