    We love our new. Printer. However, we were not computer literate enough to set it up. Our very patient son came over to help. His very close literate friend assured him it was a five minute job. I can not tell you how happy we were when he needed to call the help line. However, again the help line lady was so very patient and so very pleasant. So the whole experience starting with the young man who assisted us at the store was a pleasure filled experience.

    Using this product is very complicated, and the printer gets disconnected frequently, does no have features that my old one had, like change the size of the copies and more
