    Found this printer at an excellent price with the help of a Best Buy Customer Service Representative. It was straightforward to set up and came with a deal for ink and paper through HP instant Ink. Overall a very good purchase.

    I needed a new printer and just got an updated version of my last one. Same quality with some new features. Only thing that I did not like was how the printer shows up in the printer setting (it is labeled another name to print color).

    I replaced my old HP printer with this one. It's a good printer but I have to say my old one was better. Too much of a delay before printing. Also, would appreciate a user's guide that's not provided.

    Bought this as a replacement to a previous model. Seems to work faster and no issues connecting wirelessly to my pc. Only drawback is dust seems to stick easily.

    Nice printer. I bought it knowing my old printer that the ink is a pain to find in stores plus costs a lot Nice knowing i can get replacement ink from HP through mailing It was a pain at 1st trying to connect it to phone mobile. Once i did. Its good. It will not turn off. It goes to sleep mode so o just unplug it. Found out in settings could do auto shutoff. Trying to find it again. So pull the plug when not in use and save on phantom energy

    Product was a good price for a simple home printer scanner. Set up was easy. All you needed to do was follow the picture direction prompts. I like the feature of being able to scan multiple pages as my older HP could only screen one page on the glass. If you need a simple printer/scanner for your home use I would recommend.
