    This is the worst printer I have ever encountered. I will do whatever it takes to not purchase an HP printer ever again as I ALWAYS have issues with HP. This particular printer/scanner is regularly getting itself disconnected from the WiFi and is a pain to get re-connected. You might think it could be my WiFi, but no other device in my home is having any issues. I also have to constantly toggle between Smart Print and the actual printer. Why?! I also hate the ink subscription and am canceling. I bought this to make my life easier to work from home and its been nothing but a headache.

    The Mmmmm great printer when it comes to quality of photo prints . Just the insta ink is very inconvenience because if you are consistently with printing monthly

    The unit works well. The black ink ran out and the app showed 20% still in the cartridge. The unit has shown off line a couple of times but the repair app appears to have corrected the problem. Easy to use and set up on multiple devices (Laptops, all-in-one, and phones. A nice printer for the money and for everyday use.

    The print quality is very good. Average usage of ink for print jobs compared to others on the market. It can be difficult to change wifi routers if you are changing network hardware. I also ran into issues with the HP software managing the printer. It would not work properly on the PC, and the app would not work on my wife's older phone, but the app did work on my phone for setup.
