    I waited a while to see if maybe I am just out of sorts with technology but it seems pretty cut and try. This thing connects when it feels like it, theres no way to know whats wrong other than give it hours of no changes and it magically likes its job lol. I printed about 15 pages before my brand new ink cartridge was too low to print anything else... it takes forever to print a page, granted it is a full colored picture so I get it partially although mine at home does better.

    setting up this printer on my phone was easy. setting it up on my computer was a horrible experience! Hours of trying to get it to work on my computer along with more hours of hp printer fixing to get it to work with Microsoft word only to have it not work three days latter. had to start over setting it up. Now it is up and working. love the printer once it is set up and the auto ink idea. Wish they would come up with a better set up.

    Lasted slightly over a year. System indicated paper jam, there wasn’t. Took to Geek Squad, was told it was hardware issue and that it was cheaper to replace printer with new one. I liked the functionality of printer. Did like replace after slightly over a year.

    I thought this printer would not have a good quality in printing. Boy, was I wrong. After having this printer for almost a month, I am really pleased. I love the size, style and the quality of printing whatever is on the screen at the time. Excellent choice.

    Bought two. One I had to disassemble the paper feeder tray so that it would accept paper. Once it was back together, it works well. Love the subscription ink delivery!
