    It's okay. I am used to better HP printers! This one takes a long time to wake up and sometimes it doesn't wake up at all. Very spotty and slow. I would not recommend it. I miss my 5540

    Once it was set up, I am very happy with it. Set-up wireless was not as easy as I thought. However once I got my grandson over it, he got it going in no time.

    I selected this printer, got it home and then decided to return it. It wasn’t as much about the quality, although it couldn’t seem to stay connected to my Wi-Fi, but was more about the features it lacked an the functionality. The “control panel” is not at all intuitive, it doesn’t have a multi-page document feeder, and it’s an HP, and all that implies.

    I really like the scan feature on it. It makes scanning multiple documents easier than my previous printer. I use it every day at work, and it is really easy to install ink cartridges and paper. It works the best with the HP printer app.

    I expected to see some advances in the 4 years since I bought a new printer, but I was impressed with how far technology has come. Setup was quick and easy, on all devices, even my phone. Print quality is superb. Replacement print cartridges are surprisingly affordable.
