    I really like the scan feature on it. It makes scanning multiple documents easier than my previous printer. I use it every day at work, and it is really easy to install ink cartridges and paper. It works the best with the HP printer app.

    It's okay. I am used to better HP printers! This one takes a long time to wake up and sometimes it doesn't wake up at all. Very spotty and slow. I would not recommend it. I miss my 5540

    Printer was purchased as a replacement for one Geek Squadcould not get to operate with new PC. Store Manager was excellent in assisting my purchase. It was easy to set up the new printer and it does an excellent job. Here is to Best Buy for assisting their customes.

    Good basic machine. No instruction manual so can't figure out how to do certain things w/o researching online or calling HP tech support which is really obnoxious and time-consuming. Does NOT have a digital display, only buttons that are hard to see and light up only when something is wrong. I would definitely pay another $30 or $40 for a model with a full instructional manual and a digital display -- my bad, my mistake -- won't do it again. Too busy to return/exchange.
