Great little printer for the house. Easy to set up too.

I purchased this printer for my son to use for school. But it has became a great asset to out home. It is great for simple here and there items. I love the ability to be able to print from my cell phone. It has a lot of great features for a great price!

Just bought this printer. Set up has been difficult. Currently I’m being told the ink that came with printer is not the correct ink! The HP instant ink “assistant” said that often happens so he sold me a subscription to the HP+ service! Hoping to love it soon!

I think it’s an amazing product for the price and it works great. It wasn’t very difficult to set up and I like that it includes an app now so that’s more flexible. It’s not too heavy or bulky so that’s also a plus. I’m overall very happy with my product!

The quality that this printer produces is spot on with what I needed (making stickers on both glossy and matte sticker paper). However, my only complaint is the use of the HP SmartApp. You have to use this to use the printer and the application isn’t the most user friendly in my opinion. I’ve figured it out because I’m proficient with technology (generally), but there’s so many steps to reach a goal with this app.

actual garbage, the amount of time ive wasted with customer service just trying to get NORMAL printer settings to work is insane. The hoops you have to jump through just to adjust basic settings like color management & double sided printing is actually INSANE! First it wouldn't print color I spent hours trying to trouble shoot and on the phone with customer service. Had to remove & reload the printer from my computer & run a print test / alignment test 3 times just to get it to print color. I don't print that often, I had to buy new ink 6 weeks into owning the printer. I printed maybe 5 sheets of just black & white - remember the color wasn't working?? Now It's the double side print. You can't change the default on the printer only on the file. My files already say single sided print. I hd to click on my file double side print and then back to single side print just to have it print 1 page each time. I've only had the printer 4 months and if I can return or exchange it I'm literally throwing it in the trash DON'T BUY HP PRINTERS!!!

This is a very good printer so far. Everything works and is very easy to operate. The only negative I have is that it has buttons that light up for copy and such and they are not labeled you have to remember what they each are. I wish it had at least labels and would prefer a screen like the one I had before. This is a minor complaint, I am concerned about it actually working properly and so far it has
