    Not a bad printer for the price. If you want a basic printer without a front panel display this is a pretty good option. Like some of the other reviews this printer did lose connection at random. But it’s been pretty stable for the last month.

    The Envy Pro-6455 printer has a few drawbacks - it constantly drops wireless internet connection and access to the printer is via a laptop or phone. When the printer loses internet connection and goes offline, the instructions to reconnect do not work. If this happens, simply hold the internet connection button for a few seconds and then turn it back on. The button is located on the back beneath the on/off switch. Instructions did not cover this.... Also, know that there is no screen to access any printer functions. Somehow that escaped me.

    Really no complaints. Good little printer for people that only have to print something every so often. If u have to print a lot, spend the money on one of their laser jet printers. For me this works fine. Hooks up pretty easy to my macs.

    This printer works great. Set up was tricky-need to have a smart phone and unload app for the printer. Does not set up for HP ink ready refill system even though it advertises it will and is listed on their site as compatible. Had the service with previous HP printer and that was very convenient to never need to purchase ink-it was sent as needed paying plan by number copies/month used.

    I had to replace it once because after I cleared a paper jam it would neither print nor shut off. Second time I had to call Geek Squad because would not print web pages. Scanner difficult to figure out.

    Not my favorite printer/scanner. The ones I previously have had were equiped with a touch pad to do anything you needed. This one you have to actually go through your computer to get the scanner to print to email or save...not very user friendly in my opinion. It also eats about 1 of every 10 pages, jams and has to be cleared out before more printing is done.
