Not my favorite printer/scanner. The ones I previously have had were equiped with a touch pad to do anything you needed. This one you have to actually go through your computer to get the scanner to print to email or save...not very user friendly in my opinion. It also eats about 1 of every 10 pages, jams and has to be cleared out before more printing is done.

Really great printer and scanner once I figured it out. Had it a couple weeks and still learning what it can do. Prints with blue tooth from several computers and my iPhone. My wife said "what a great printer and scanner!" the first time she used it.

I was amazed at how easy this printer was to set up. Quite different from the one I bought in 2007. It works easily and smoothly, and now, for the first time, I can print from my phone! I did the entire setup through the HP app. Nice printing.

actual garbage, the amount of time ive wasted with customer service just trying to get NORMAL printer settings to work is insane. The hoops you have to jump through just to adjust basic settings like color management & double sided printing is actually INSANE! First it wouldn't print color I spent hours trying to trouble shoot and on the phone with customer service. Had to remove & reload the printer from my computer & run a print test / alignment test 3 times just to get it to print color. I don't print that often, I had to buy new ink 6 weeks into owning the printer. I printed maybe 5 sheets of just black & white - remember the color wasn't working?? Now It's the double side print. You can't change the default on the printer only on the file. My files already say single sided print. I hd to click on my file double side print and then back to single side print just to have it print 1 page each time. I've only had the printer 4 months and if I can return or exchange it I'm literally throwing it in the trash DON'T BUY HP PRINTERS!!!

Bought it for my daughter and she’s in love with it

I had to replace it once because after I cleared a paper jam it would neither print nor shut off. Second time I had to call Geek Squad because would not print web pages. Scanner difficult to figure out.
