Currently I’m being told the ink that came with printer is not the correct ink! The HP instant ink “assistant” said that often happens so he sold me a subscription to the HP+ service! I will do whatever it takes to not purchase an HP printer ever again as I ALWAYS have issues with HP. This particular printer/scanner is regularly getting itself disconnected from the WiFi and is a pain to get re-connected. You might think it could be my WiFi, but no other device in my home is having any issues. I also have to constantly toggle between Smart Print and the actual printer. Why?! I also hate the ink subscription and am canceling. I bought this to make my life easier to work from home and its been nothing but a headache.

Had it a couple weeks and still learning what it can do. Prints with blue tooth from several computers and my iPhone. My wife said "what a great printer and scanner!" the first time she used it.

The installation wasn't 100% smooth, and I've had to re-install it twice since I it was originally purchased about three weeks ago. Have only been able to print once, because keep getting error "Printer not found". The look is sleek and design is simple, which was what initially drew me to this product. I guess we'll see if the performance improves.

Connects well to computer when first turned on but doesn’t stay connected. Only fix I found was powering it down and booting back up. I do have a Mac computer so maybe that’s the issue. I’m not a super tech savvy person but it should be easier to use.

The printer work great when I can connect to it. It connects to the network wirelessly only. Every time I bring my laptop back to the office, it takes 10 minutes or more to reconnect. Very annoying and one of the reasons I replaced the old one. Grrrrr
