I purchased this printer out of frustration with the connectivity of my last printer. I am pleased to say that I am satisfied with the how fast and reliable this one prints. I have not yet tested the scanning functionality, but if it is anywhere comparable to the printing functionality, I will be very happy with my purchase.

Easy to use and quality printing at its finest!!!!

Love this printer. Was very easy to hook up and I can print from anywhere to this printer. Small enough design to fit in my office space in a tiny house.

I decided to ask friends and my boss to help me with connecting the printer foe me. They did not help, so i decided to try for the very first time on my own. I did it perfectly.

Its the best ever. Printer is fast and gets the job done.

This printer and HP's newer support is not great. Trying to download software, drivers, and firmware, so I can uninstall the printer and reinstall is a nightmare. I woke up to a printer that wont print anything even though it sounds like it is initializing. The HP Smart app says it is not connected to the internet. Why the printer would start making noise as if to print without being connected to my printer via internet is beyond me. Restarting, rebooting has not fixed the problem. AND the little light up symbols are really of no help at all since they are not lit up. I do not recommend this printer. Maybe it is just me but I have had 3 or 4 HP printer sna d 3 or 4 HP PCs without experiencing this level of frustration.

It's difficult to learn all the capabilities of this model, but what I have learned so far, it works to my satisfation.

I had to exchange a lesser HP printer and upgrade to a HP - ENVY Pro 6455 Wireless and I am glad I did so (for the lesser HP printer had constant error messages, therefore I wasted ink and paper). And thankful for Best Buy in allowing me to do so. Sometimes the internet goes down so I make sure to buy cords just in case, the lesser HP printer required a USB to Ethernet Adapter vs. the upgrade HP - ENVY Pro 6455 Wireless required a USB A to B Cable (which was a disappointment since I was already home and choose to stay home during these odd and weird times). The printers require different cords, fyi. Plus I was unable to exchange cords for I missed the 14 day deadline. The ENVY Pro 6455 runs smoother and I enjoy the different colorations, plus the easy to use fax and scanner.

A life saver. Easy to get going. I have continued the Instant Ink service and am quite happy. I have adjusted the printing package as needed and appreciate the flexibility.

This HP printer is a nice compact size and works great!

I am working from home so needed to buy a printer. When researching this printer I fell in love. Loved the look and style of the printer. I read reviews where people couldn't get the printer set up, but ignored them and bought the printer. I will say setting up the printer was super easy. The app tis user friendly. I even thought the ink program is amazing. I love it, and I commend HP for doing that. after ra couple days, I told all my friends to buy this printer. I told them it was amazing. Then, on the 3rd day, my printer lost the internet connection. I figured it would be an easy fix, I opened the app, only to realize it is impossible to find how to re connect the internet. You get no manual, so I had to rely on the app. I tried the virtual support which is the biggest joke ever! Shame on HP for trying to force that. It is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND USELESS!! after about an hour, I was able to figure out a phone number to call support. The first agent was confused then disconnected me, so I had to call back. The second agent was awesome, and he helped m reconnect the internet. Super easy!! I was happy again and love my printer. Until the next morning....internet disconnected. I reconnected, but it din't work. Took me about 5 tries and 30 minutes. Now, the printer loses wifi almost every time I need to print. I have to unplug it, and pray it will reconnect. Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't, I have tio unplug try, unplug try, unplug , try...you get the point. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!! It is horrible. HP should be ashamed of releasing this model. I will be going back to the store to return it this Saturday, and will most likely buy a different brand. I usually don't write reviews, but wanted to warn people. I know how busy people are working from home, and I spent hours trying to make this work only having to work late in to the night because the printer set me back. Hope this helps in your decision!
