The installation wasn't 100% smooth, and I've had to re-install it twice since I it was originally purchased about three weeks ago. Have only been able to print once, because keep getting error "Printer not found". The look is sleek and design is simple, which was what initially drew me to this product. I guess we'll see if the performance improves.

The printer work great when I can connect to it. It connects to the network wirelessly only. Every time I bring my laptop back to the office, it takes 10 minutes or more to reconnect. Very annoying and one of the reasons I replaced the old one. Grrrrr

After giving up it took HP help desk 2 hrs to get it installed. We have geek squad coverage, we should have used it. Printers used to be plug and go, not so much now.

Took awhile to set up and get online. I do not like the consumer interface, especially its small, unintelligible screen. Actually printed out the whole manual because i need to refer to it pretty constantly. Uses a lot of ink as well and not easy to change cartridges.

Connects well to computer when first turned on but doesn’t stay connected. Only fix I found was powering it down and booting back up. I do have a Mac computer so maybe that’s the issue. I’m not a super tech savvy person but it should be easier to use.

What I am not thrilled about is the fact it does not have a scan button on the printer it self you have to download an app to your phone in order to scan. Would have returned it but the 15days were up when I realized it.
